The zipper on my F21 boots broke the first time I wore them. I live in Fairbanks and really liked the boots. I called F21 and Julie was so helpful, She found another pair in my size and even found my receipt on her computer! Great customer service.

I'm going to try to post a photo of the terrible customer service they gave me on their website chat. I've sent about 4 complaints on their site about an order I put in 28 July. I paid about $13 for expedited shipping. It was my birthday week so I wanted to wear a couple of bodysuits on my trip to Atlanta. Well there it was.. my celebration and zero items. That's fine. I just wore something else and still looked fire. What shocked me was all of the terrible customer service I have been getting. They cannot find my package and have been IGNORING ME the whole time. I paid a little over $70 and have yet to get a response. This issue has been going on for about 3 weeks almost a month. I'm disgusted and have never recieved such terrible customer service in all my life. I guess this is how Forever 21 does things... okay guys. I just posted a photo of my chat experience.

I love Forever21 for their affordability, but the store is rarely in order. Plus their customer service is terrible. Anytime I call or come in with a question about a product being in stock, or where I might find it, they hang up on me or shrug their shoulders. So much unnecessary attitude in response to my requests that require them to actually do their jobs.

Excellent selection, good prices, and kind staff. I could never have asked for a better Forever 21 experience. In all my life I've never been to a better Forever 21 than this. When I look back on my visit to this Forever 21 it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Forever 21 right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Forever 21 like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare! Please take a nice little trip to this Forever 21 and you will surely experience this same feeling of utter and complete ecstasy as I did when walking into this fine shopping establishment. I went in to originally exchange an item and didn’t find anything. I then decided to return one of my items from the 2 that I purchased and one of the women saying that sports bras are considered lingerie and cannot be returned. I said....Lady I purchased the item yesterday for an event this weekend. In addition, the associate said she didn’t see me and it must of been another person that looks just like her. Uuumm no ma’am it was you! It does not say that sports bras cannot be returned on the receipt. Did I miss something here? That’s never been their policy that I know of. Someone please tell me if that’s correct or not.
