I went in on a Friday afternoon and Sara was absoultely amazing ! I came in for a new bra and had never really been fitted for one so Sara took me to the fitting room, measured me and legit fitted me in like 12 bras. It was a lot and a bit time consuming (30-40 mins) but it was much appreciated and much needed. I ended up having to order my size bra (they only had my new size in samples) so we ordered 4 online and picked the colors. I am super excited to receive my shipment tmrw. I thought I was a size C but come to find out I am 36 DDD ! Also their panties are to die for super soft !

I didn't go into the American Eagle side, but I went to Aerie after reading how much better and more focused on positivity and real body types they are than Victoria's Secret. I had a good experience and their underwear were get one free when you get 7 for $29, so they were 8 for $29!! A much better deal than VS and they felt infinitely softer in my opinion.

I came into aerie to find a bathing suit for a trip I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted I felt basically invisible so I walked right out. I’m not going to spend money somewhere where I’m not even greeted I know how retail works especially being a employee precious to my military career. Before aerie I walked into American Eagle in the same mall I was ignored as well and I saw more than two staff members on the floor. Military discount is available here but I will not be purchasing any items from this American Eagle location and I don’t suggest them. Jefferson is more personable and they also have better customer service.

American Eagle round 2. I feel like this store grew up with my generation. loved them in Junior High, and love them again as a 30 year old. Their jeans still don't fit me quite right, but their shoes, bathing suits and sale racks can't really be beat.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting Angel at the mall of Saint Matthews two weeks ago. Let me tell you not only was her personality awesome but her knowledge of precise sizing of my daughter was on point to say the least! Not only did she express how she could get the items sent to my daughter at home, but she also gave her one free bra for the inconvenience of not having the color in stock!!! I was so impressed that I myself went back in to see her, was her off day. So I was greeted by Robyn who was equally as helpful and my expectations and experience was great!!!! Since then I’ve told everyone about them and I will go no where else for undergarments ❤️ In my opinion I feel these girls deserve a applause for their excellent customer service!!!!!! While my daughter likes some of their clothing, I would prefer not to shop here because the wait in line to pay is almost always over 10 min. The last time we were in, we got in line and the female employee told us the line started on the other side. We complied, and then she proceeded to help other people who stood in the same place we vacated while we were still waiting in line. 10 people got in line on both sides, and while they had various other associates approach the counter, none opened another resister. I felt sorry for the wait time that the people behind us probably had to endure.

Went in today to buy jeans. Both rang up wrong at full price when I got them for the 19.99 section. Cashier went to go check but another lady took the pair off the counter in front of me folded them and took them away. I would still have bought it at full price. I left obviously they did not want my money. Done with this store. I went across the hall and bought jeans at Abercrombie.

The underware is super soft and they stay that way, even after you wash them (including the lacy ones). The only downside is that everytime I go in the store, the cashiers are always barista pretty and I get nervous talking to them.

Staff were very rude to us yesterday. A friend's daughter left her phone in there ny accident. When going back to ask if they had seen the phone and have it returned, they were rude because browsing is apparently worse for business than not stepping foot in the store at all.

The girls that helped me at Aerie today were beyond awesome! I almost never bra shop because I've always stick to sports bras and bralettes, but they made a seemingly intimidating experience super pleasant and easy. The cashier was very nice and friendly as well. If you want exceptional customer, go to Dimond Aerie.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! The store itself is good, like all AERIE stores. However, I was there twice and twice my receipt had extra items on it. Luckily I watch pretty carefully when the store manager rings my purchases. I asked her politely to re-run the receipt and she was somewhat annoyed. She did it and then said "oh, there are five items" when I had four in the bag. Mistakes happen, so I would have been ok with a "sorry about that" or some generic apology. She however acted irritated, ran the purchases again, handed me the bag, and walked away. This is not giving me a lot of confidence in the store, and it is not the kind of service I came to expect from AERIE. Check your receipt before walking out of the store!

I was at the mall today and went into American Eagle with a friend and not one sales person spoke to me or my friend. I don’t know why this bothered me so much but I felt unwelcome. I’d understand if they were busy, but they weren’t. There was maybe two people in the store shopping and neither were being helped by sales people. So I’m not who was doing their job in the store today, certainly none that I saw. After a good five minutes of walking around, we left without a goodbye or come again. I’m not one of those people that usually writes reviews, but this was one of my favorite stores. I think I’ll stick to shopping online from now on though.
