Well, not sure where the hacking comments are coming from. I know this business personally and they are not computer hackers. Perhaps it's because people are so ignorant they don't realize that hackers use ghosted relay locations so they don't get caught... thus pointing to an innocent party and creating a scapegoat of them. But hey, that's none of my business. Anyway, though a little over priced compared to others, they are worth the price. They have provided punctual service and met my every expectation. In my industry as a designer, I deal with many contractors. They have by far proven to be one of the best commercial HVAC contractors in the southern half of the state. Recommend without hesitation.

They showed up and were very efficient at clearing out our toilet. Apparently the tenants flushed a lot of baby wipes which clogged the line up.

After the replacement, the sewer pipe backed up into my basement due to faulty work on the part of Vaughn's Plumbing (verified by another plumbing company). They did not have the new pipe reach the city main as per the work order! We also discovered that he had NO INSURANCE when our job was worked on and so we had no way to recoup our damages which totaled over $8000. At this time Mr. Vaughn has not offered to come to our home to finish the job, reimburse us, or provide any compensation for my damaged basement. Avoid this company!!

I called these guys to get information about installing central air in my house and t said they would get a hold of me so they can come look at it and give me a quote. That was 4 days ago and still no response. Poor customer service.

I would give these jokers 0 stars if that was an option!!! These people are terrible! My water heater went out and was not working. I called Vaughn's to come and get it fixed. The tech that they sent was basically incompetent. He straight up told me he didn't know what the problem was. After over an hour and a half of being at my house and doing absolutely NOTHING, he said that he would have to get me a quote about actually fixing the problem. I asked him how much he thought it would cost. He told me it would be over $1,000 to replace the exhaust pipe and that he would most likely be there for most of the day repairing. Needless to say that was an outrageous statement. After never hearing back from them I fixed the exhaust pipe myself for a total of $250 and it took me less than 30 minutes. They also refuse to tell me the name of the guy who came to my house or to send me an itemized receipt letting me know what they wasted my time and money on.... Please don't waste your time calling these thieves!!!

This company is garbage, don’t waste your time. I had them out last Wednesday because my kitchen sink wasn’t draining. They came to my house without a snake and instead poured a liquid down the drain to see if it would unclog. That didn’t work so they went back to their building to get the snake. Technician later called from their building and told me the other plumber had the snake and that he would be back out in 2 hours to finish the job. I didn’t hear from them at all until the following week on Monday when I CALLED THEM to have them come back out to finish what they started. Appointment was Tuesday and was told they’d be out by 10:00. Of course they didn’t show up at 10:00, I called them at 1:00 to see when they’d be out. They told me I was still next to be seen. They never came out, let alone a courtesy call to reschedule. Avoid this company, it’s not worth wasting your time.

We had a great experience with Vaughn's! We just moved to Green River from Oregon and had purchased a house. The lower level drains were all backing up with sewage on the 3rd day of our ownership! It was scary and we were exhausted. They came out and repaired the problem immediately even though they had to delay other jobs to do so. They did an excellent job. They were here for 3 hours. They explained the problem and potential solutions to us should the problem recur. The charge with $450.00 - we thought it quite reasonable considering the exceptional effort they made to assist us and the wonderful service we received. We highly recommend Vaughn's Plumbing! JOSH AND DANIEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

Our furnace went out late in the evening. We called and their expert and I tried troubleshooting it over the phone. I could not figure it out, so they had a service technician over first thing the next morning. While the technician was at our house he did courtesy checks on all of our gas appliances. (Water heater, furnace, fireplace). The technician found our furnace was not functioning properly and tagged it unusable due to fire danger and carbon monoxide levels. I then called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were. They promptly got me a bid on a replacement that was far less then I expected, and had a crew over yet again promptly to get the old one replaced. Excellent and timely service at a fair price. What more could I ask. Simply the best.

My floor drain was backing up and I called Vaughn's to clean out the drain. The serviceman showed up. He complained about the clean out being cast iron and didn't want to open it up. Instead he went through an overflow in the floor drain which didn't help because it began backing up again within a week. The serviceman was a complete moron for not doing the job correctly in the first place by going through the clean out and charged me 2 hours for doing nothing. Vaughn's management wouldn't stand behind their employee's work stating that they would charge me again if they came out to clean the drain out again. I would NOT recommend Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating.
