I can't get anyone to call me back. I very nicely asked Lauren, "If you're swamped, is there anyone else in town you might recommend?" I was told they wouldn't give me any other names. But she did say I was welcome to leave more messages. That's a pretty shameful way to run a business.

I can't believe you guys even offer services to residential clients. We were under the gun and needed someone to come do a simple re grout of some bricks on the front of our house. We had a large chunk of change locked into an escrow and could not recoup the money until certain jobs were complete. We were told that the work would be done the middle of September. I had to call (No Answer) and stop by your office to see what the hold up was. Then you told me the beginning of October. The beginning of October came and went. around october 15 I had to call and complain again. a week later a mason called once and i missed his single phone call. So apparently that means we get bumped to the back of the line again. After we lost our spot I was told that a mason would call me in a week or two again, guess what I never received a call. Well don't bother I will find a mason that gives a care about the small jobs. You guys ignored us for to long. Hopefully missing our deadline for getting our house fixed doesn't make us lose out on the money the bank is holding in escrow. This is the first time I have ever had to leave negative feedback but you guys really dropped the ball.

As a Realtor I can’t say enough positive about the quality of work they do, how professional they are and how quickly they respond. They repaired/basically replaced a brick pillar and matched it perfectly with the others. Highly recommend them!!!
