I will let the public be the judge. The attached photos are an exact representation from last winter of the quality (or lack) of work performed by this company and their employees. We are a business and have tried for months to get the work performed and this is the result after approximately eight months. Yes...needless to say, we fired them. We have had problem after problem with the so-called work performed and a lack of customer service to resolve unfinished work from the initial construction. One of their pipes broke in the concrete floor, that was poured during construction. Rather than tear up the concrete, we allowed them to re-route it overhead. They had to tear out drywall, picture #1 is the repair. Picture #2 is the result of an HVAC heater exhaust pipe coming apart in the attic and creating condensation against a metal roof and ruining the drywall on the ceiling, despite the exhaust accumulation in the attic. This is one of a couple of patches from that incident. All of the patches look approximately the same. I met with the owner of CK Mechanical, who personally reassured me he would take care of this. That’s been months ago, I can’t get anyone to come back out now and resolve the issues we have, even after multiple phone calls and emails. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service and poor workmanship in a very long time. The pictures will speak for themselves, but if you are considering using these guys, you might want to study these pictures so you may possibly save yourself displeasure in the future. A picture paints a thousand words. Same people now own Casper Tin Shop; Be Aware!

John came by early one morning to quote us for an AC in our old home. We had already received a quote from another company a few months before. Unlike the last company, John took a look at our entire home. He made observations beyond just the AC, suggesting we lower our CO2 detectors, explained that our furnace was overheating, and showed us that the way our air filter was arranged in the unit wasn't allowing it to work properly. He also told us about some pitfalls that might make his job harder and cost us slightly more. He was very upfront and offered to come back at 6pm the same day to speak to my husband about all he had seen. On top of all that, his quote was even less than the other company. We decided to schedule the next day. John and Ethan (I think I got that right :)) were fast, thoughtful, and efficient throughout installation. On the first warm day of spring, I was writing them a check with cold air blowing on my feet -- easiest check I've ever written! We will take good care of their hard work for years to come. Would recommend CK Mechanical to anyone and everyone I know!! Thank you!

Dan came out to inspect our water heater within 2 hours of my first call late in the afternoon. He did a complete assessment and explained the problem well. And gave us the options to get it fixed. He stayed until nearly 9pm to get our hot water restored at no extra charge. Great service from office staff as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again for any plumbing needs.

I called at 6:00 with water falling from our ceiling and had someone at my home by 6:45. We were given a straight forward bid and (after running for supplies) Anthony worked for 2.5 hours to fix what looked like a small job. He did his best to stay quiet, gave us regular updates, and was incredibly professional and kind. We were reminded that if we saw any leaking to call day or night and that a plumber would be sent immediately, it's nice to know that they have 24 hr service available. I would highly suggest CK Mechanical for emergency or regular plumbing needs.

I did a follow up inspection the following day and noticed a significant problem that I overlooked the previous day. When the technicians rotated the water heater to align the plumbing for attachment they turned the drain pan. The drain pan plumbing spout contacted existing plumbing and warped the pan spout bulkhead creating a hole for water to escape before going to the drain. The potential for flooding with water heater failure is high. Therefore, I have to retract my original rating by 2 stars considering the risk for water damage. With the bad comes the good. The technicians were clean and respectful to our home. The service was fast and professional. I received a call from CK after posting my first review outlining my concerns. A technician was dispatched at my convenience to rectify the problem. The problem was fixed promptly and without question. I would like to thank CK for delivering the kind of service quality that is hard to find in today's market. I would recommend them as a first call for your plumbing needs. I give them 5 stars for service quality!

CK mechanical has been great! They are always professional. They clean up after themselves, try to minimize getting the dirt they bring into your home, and I love that they call 30 min before they arrive. Camden was especially knowledgeable and helpful.

in December of 2015, the CK Mechanical crew installed a bathtub and sink in my house as part of a bathroom remodel. The work was excellent. In 2012 CK Mechanical installed a new boiler for my home heating. The particulars of the installation required a great deal of modifications to the venting. Additionally, the CK crew developed a method for using the home heating boiler to augment my domestic hot water heating. These folks are true professionals with great customer service and impeccable attention to quality and workmanship.

This is at least the third time I've had CK out for an emergency repair, including replacing the water heater three years ago. They were also my go to company for installing the heater in the garage. Every time, the technicians are nice, polite, and informative. I always know more about my home's systems after they leave, which makes me feel more confident about how to run them efficiently.

The worst expierence. They re-built my furnace and had to come back 3 times because they could not get it right. Almost burnt my house down due to not wiring correctly and not installing fan properly. Manager and staff were rude and unprofessional. Owner said he would "compensate" me some how and I never heard from him again. Stay away!

I had a water heater installed yesterday and I'm incredibly happy with the service. The quote was not the highest or lowest, but the professional level of service I received was worth the extra. Lowest bids are not always a great idea. I was charged exactly what my estimate stated and I'm happy that they do not charge an hourly rate, rather a per job rate. Things were very cut and dry and up front. I also got their friends and family plan that gave me 25% off up front (though this only brought the price down to what others were quoting. I feel like this was more of a marketing move to give me services later on. I respect the business savvy of the move, but feel it's a bit shifty - hence the one star off). Pros: Fast and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took great care to treat me like a human and my house like their own. The technician who installed it (Sean) seemed knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I like that the family plan helps to cover all services and includes inspections later on (as we may need it for selling the house). The 25% discount will be welcome as well should we need other work later on. Cons: Not the least expensive, but I wasn't really shooting for cheap, I wanted dependable. The family plan seems like a good idea up front, but it felt like it was necessary to get in order to get the real price of a water heater install.
