BUYER BEWARE!!! My family hired this company to build our dream house for retirement, and it has been one disaster after another. The floor is not level, the gas pipe was installed improperly and mold occurred in the crawl space due to a lack of ventilation. They left without finishing the siding and did not purchase enough materials for the project. They did not run electricity to the barn and tried to charge an additional $8,500 for each wall of dry wall because they claimed it was a typo in the contract. This company did not have proper insurance nor did they not have their LLC at the start of construction. Overall this company cut corners to save money, and threaten to charge us an additional $30,000. They tried to force us off the property until we paid them the additional $30,000. ALL OF THIS IS DOCUMENTED THROUGH EXTERNAL REPORTS AND EMAILS. PS - They will delete your reviews from Facebook! And regarding the response below, yes I was physically present when these events occurred; however, the facts are the facts. :)

My husband and I have been very satisfied with all the remodeling and structural repair work that the Alotta Construction team did for us. I have two beautiful and functional gas fireplaces and a Hot Dawg heater in our garage. They have provided excellent service for us and they actually have been fun to have around! We are so happy with their work that we have scheduled them to return to assist us with a future project!

We have had this company do a lot of different projects for us....rock our fireplace, built a new deck, sheetrock ceilings, replaced bedroom door and bricked the lower half of the front of our house, any issues which weren't many they took care of....We are having them back to replace our living room door and put a deck off our bedroom
