The installation of my new furnace was done on April 7,2016. John and Bill arrived on time and went right to work. The process to me seems more than a little complicated, but they knew exactly what to do and went right to work All was done by about 3:30 in the afternoon. I had recently had a new hardwood floor put down in the major traffic area from the front door to the basement stairs, and new carpet toward the back door and was concerned about something happening to it, but they came prepared with carpet runners and plastic sheeting for the stairs which was great. They are professionals who did a very good job if installation, and I highly recommend them and Advanced comfort. Tim Vogt also was very helpful as we discussed the options for the new furnace.

We needed to replace our original furnaces (yes plural) that were over 40 years old and we wanted to add central air since the summers in Cheyenne are getting hotter. We researched all of the HVAC companies in town, a few in Fort Collins, asked friends and co-workers and decided to get 5 quotes. We knew this was going to be a costly, but important home improvement. After meeting with all of the guys and getting the quotes, we wanted to be sure and make the right decision, even if it wasn't the "cheapest" quote. We decided to choose Advanced Comfort Solutions. From the moment Tim came to give us a quote, he was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process! Brad and Jake completed the 3-1/2 day install, and even had to work in about 10 inches of snow for an entire day (Poor guys!)They were both very clean, hard working, professional, knowledgeable, competent, respectful and just overall awesome! It is stressful any time people are in your home doing a home improvement project. However, we have to say, both of these guys put us at ease, answered all of our questions, walked through everything with us and were just overall, wonderful! Jeff Walker was also terrific on stopping in during the install and doing the final inspection! We can't say enough about doing business with ACS! We, undoubtedly and absolutely chose the right company and are very happy customers!

I will only use ACS from now on I was in a pinch when my ac stopped working on the hottest day of the summer so I contacted another local shop that got me right in the techs were there about an hour and came to the conclusion that my compressor was out and my system was out dated told me it would cost a minimum of $2,000 to fix it but I'd be better off just replacing it for $4,000. Something wasn't sitting quite right with me so I contacted ACS and they scheduled me about a week out but at this point I was willing to wait for an actual Lennox dealer to look at my unit. The tech Russell showed up and he was amazing! Within 20 minutes my ac was up and running and cost me under $150. Turned out it was just a capacitor issue and also the other place had over charged my unit which definitely would have caused me extremely expensive repairs. I will never use or recommend anyone other than ACS thank you for your awesome, honest and knowledgeable work!

My hot water stopped working on a Thurs and Joey from Advanced Comfort Solutions made sure he was able to get to my house on Friday and temporarily fix the problem until the parts came in. However, another wrench happened where my husband & I had to go out of town unexpectedly. Joey worked with my neighbor who watched my house while we were gone. Much appreciated and wonderful service. In October of last year, our sixty year old furnace wouldn't turn on/start up. We have a home warranty through First American and they were doing everything they could to try to "patch" the problem instead of trying to repair/replace it. Advanced Comfort is the company that First American works through, so that is who came to look at the furnace. The first time a technician came out, he got the furnace to work, but it was making this awful noise. (I have read that warranty companies tell their contractors to only do the absolute minimum to fix the problem.) I talked to the warranty company and they said that they would not address sounds that indicated a problem was still present, they would only act if the furnace actually stopped working again. I decided to call another company outside of our warranty and they came and condemned the system as a fire hazard because the heating coils were cracked. Once I showed that report to the warranty company, they re-opened our case and sent the technician back to take another took at our furnace. The technician, on second look, agreed that the furnace needed to be replaced. He said he would send his report to the warranty company and get them to get us a new furnace. After a few days of hearing nothing, I contacted the warranty company and they said they were still waiting on a report from Advanced Comfort. I called Advanced Comfort to see what the hold up was and talked to Tim V. He let me know that he had sent the report to First American and he had been on the phone with First American for an extended period of time the previous day. First American had received the report and told him that they would not be covering the cost of a replacement furnace. Tim told them that if that was the case, then First American needed to contact me and explain to me why they were making that decision. First American never contacted me to tell me that. Tim contacted First American again and got them to FINALLY agree to order a replacement for us. This whole process took place over about a month's time. I so very much appreciated that Tim went through this trouble for us, when he easily could have just let the warranty company get away with forcing us to purchase a replacement ourselves, even though we pay specifically for this coverage to avoid a situation like that. If we ever need service on this system again, I will be very happy to be working with Advanced Comfort Solutions.

Furnace wasn’t working, hot air wouldn’t stay on. Well worth the $75 service charge. The tech arrived within the time window and explained the diagnostic process. John was personable and friendly. Cleaned the gas sensor and everything is working. Soo who you gona call Advanced Comfort.

My furnace fan motor stopped working two nights ago. I first went to mister b's and was told it would be 400.00 dollars for just the motor, I thought that was way overpriced, so I went to advanced and they gave me two prices for the motors that fit my furnace. They replaced the motor and took the time to explain the difference between the two so I knew what I was getting. From start to finish it took them about one hour to fix the problem I had. They were very courteous and very fair on the price. If I ever have to get repairs on my furnace or a.c. I will call them first because they know how to treat their customers right. So pleased with their service all around.

I had to call advanced comfort early on a week day. I was worried j would have to be scheduled for a later time in the day while I was at work. Instead the technician on call said he could be right over and fixed my heater right away. He said he would need a part and said he would be right back. Within just a couple hours he was back at my door with the part. He installed it and it's been working great ever since! I would highly recommend Advanced Comfort to anyone needing service or installation. Very professional and courteous!

on July 23th 2015 this company came to my house to check out my system because it was not working. The tech was rather cold and non caring when he informed me that my inside unit as well as the condenser needed replaced. As he left he said, "there will be no charge for today'" I thought, wow that's great and thanked him. I then got a second opinion from another contractor who said my inside unit was good but that the condenser needed replaced on my HVAC. Today I got a bill for almost $200 dollars for the inspection that was supposed to of been no charge. I called the owner of the company and he told me I had to pay the charge because they don't work for free. He was very condescending and even laughed at me when I mentioned having my lawyer contact him. This company was deceptive when they told me my inside unit was bad. I think the only reason they are billing me now is because I did not Wait until august (the soonest they could do it) and hired the HONEST contractor instead. I will NEVER use this company and would never recommend them to anybody.

Having a new furnace installed in my home was a major event. I wanted to make sure I researched and found the best Cheyenne had to offer. That mission was accomplished with Advanced. The sales person (Tim) was professional and efficient. He gave me a free estimate, kept in touch with me during the whole process. The install could not have gone any better. The guys were real professionals, they showed up on time, finished most of the project in one day, and finished up a couple of days later. They took the time to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond by helping me with an issue with my water heater. The installation looks and preforms amazing. I felt like I was in good hands through the entire process. Thanks Guys!

Rip-Off. Paid $75 for a service call and told everything was working fine on my furnace. No repair made, no parts replaced, simply declared fixed. Problem never solved, money wasted!! Would not send tech back for re-evaluation at their expense. Told it would cost me another $75 just to look at it, and if I didn't like it I could call another company. Do not waste your money on this shady company!!

Called for someone to come flare 2 copper lines then connect the 2 lines. I also need a pressure test. The guy was 40 minutes late then says he doesn’t have the tools to do the job! How’s that even possible? Next I was told to schedule another appointment! I didn’t schedule another appointment but received a bill for over 100$ for them literally doing nothing. I’m really impressed with these clowns

I'm not sure about their service but I do know I had to avoid a collision with one of their drivers (who pulled out in front of me instead of stopping for his stop sign)and now my truck is making noise from going off the road. So when I called to complain and was told they will have a talk with the driver and that's it I kinda got mad even after stating again about how I was run off the road and all they are gonna do it talk to him no sorry, no offer to have it checked out(which I would have turned down), I guess I just expected concern for public safety especially in an area close(2blocks down on same street) to a school where kids are usually around. I will not call this company in the future.

This company is top notched. I had another company come out to fix my blower on my furnace. All, I got out of them was tools being dropped and a frustrated tech. Called Advance Comfort they got me in 2 days. Brandon (who was great) came out to the house fixed up my blower, did an inspection and hooked up my humidifier up with no issues or frustration. Then added all my filters that I needed in my profile. I will definitely be going there to buy my replacement humidifier and furnace filters. Wish more businesses around the Cheyenne area had customer service like this.

The company overall was responsive and at the end of the day both of our issues were resolved. We have had two poor customer experiences in the last year and double billed for the same job. After the first technician did work he then told us he would come back the next day to evaluate if it didn't work. We called because the leak came back and the tech did not come. A second tech did finally arrive, observed and made a recommendation so I had to call another company to resolve. They then billed for simply looking at a water residue after they failed to correct the problem the first time. So I paid three times for the same issue that they didn't resolve. We also had a bad experience with the after hours service for a furnace outage and had to go to another company to get the matter resolved. We wouldn't recommend going to this company first.
