100 Stars to 911 Roofing for their incredible response to an urgent roofing dilemma I had. Their house roofing crew was teamwork in action, tear-off and replacement the same day! The steel-roofing crew also did an impeccable job to tear-off and replace the hail damaged panels on my 40x80 shop. Clean up by both crews was excellent. No on the job injuries. 911 Roofing was the only company to return my call after the hail storm last year. Julie and Dave were both on top of the their game making sure the process was as painless and simple as could be for me. They were able to hook me up with a company that took care of the gutters also. After I accepted the bid for the gutters, 911 Roofing took care of all communication with that part of the job also. It was almost entirely hands off for me! The work was done in a timely manner, they keep the outside clean. I had seen other houses after the roofing was done and some of those companies leave trash and cut shingles behind, but their crew is very thorough with clean up. Also they only do the work on warm days so the shingles should adhere nicely, I've seen some houses with parts of the roofing missing after the winter wind storms, I won't be having that problem!

Not only can get they get the job done well, but they do it by caring about the customers needs as well! The weather held them up for a half day and I received a call asking if I would like them to move the dumpster bin out of the way for the evening. They go above and beyond. I would not go to anyone other than Dave and Julie! They know how to treat people right!

This was the first time we had to use a roofing company for roof repair. The people that showed up on site were nice and did a great job of cleaning up after the repair. The staff at the office was nice and communicated with us on when things were going to happen. Great experience with 911 Roofing Solutions. This is the second home we have had them replace the roof on and each time we have been extremely pleased. We also had them replace our metal shop roof and shed roof. Dave worked around our schedule to do the install and stayed in touch multiple times leading up to the work. Once work started, Dave's crew did an amazing job. They kept the job site clean and did there best to make sure all the nails and small pieces of debris were picked up. The project manager and crew supervisor were onsite at different times to insure things were going OK. After the work was completed, one of the employees showed up to make sure the job site was clean, pick up left over supplies and ensured we were satisfied with the work. I would recommend 911 Roofing Solutions to anyone. Dave and Julie are great people to work with!

These folks were VERY professional even when I got a little frustrated because of the timeline which wasn’t their fault. Julie was so nice every time I spoke with her and the owner went out of his way to communicate and promised they’d get the job done as promised. They did, and it exceeded my expectations. There were nails all over, as is usual when they were working but when they were done I could not find one single nail anywhere in my yard. They made sure our roof could survive the winter and the our estimate was correct. They were always in contact with us, so we knew what was going on and they fixed our roof quicker than expected. These guys really saved us. We had our house under contract when the hail storm hit. We had to replace the whole roof before closing which was fast approaching. Not only did 911 take great care of us they also found a mistake on the insurance payout that resulted in getting us thousands more towards the repair.
