MARY & DAN SCHILTZ--ROTHSCHILD, WI. We had a wonderful experience with Jordan and the crew. They were able to get our roof on before the snow flies this year-2015--! Our roof was a mess and in some places, the insulation did not even exist! We checked with several other companies. One seemed unwilling to tackle the job and the other was terribly over-priced, and that just included the roofing,no insulation, no gutters or repairs to the chimney area. Within two days the old roof was torn off and the new one on! A day later, part of the crew came and blew in insulation. Not only that, they took care of the cold areas that showed up on the energy report--all for less than the overpriced company. The job was done neatly, quickly and professionally. The men were polite and hard working. We enjoyed their presence. Jordan was meticulous in explaining what was needed and what he could do for us. We received an email and call to schedule the replacement of our roof and siding in March. They showed up on time and ready to work, and everyone was extremely professional. The whole process went very smoothly, with updates on things that had been discovered during the removal (we had some water damage that needed to be addressed). They did not just "paper over" the problems, and the repairs that they made were more than adequate to ensure that the problem spots would no longer be a problem. Some of the work was extensive, and had my wife and I worried that we would not have enough left in our budget to cover the repairs, but Jordan was very easy to talk to about this and helped to alleviate a lot of the fears of the unknown, as he explained it "he isn't there to hose, anyone". I cannot recommend Oakwood strongly enough. They explained the process, there were no "surprises", the quality was above and beyond, they were very thorough cleaning up, and the final price (even with the repairs) was in line with our estimate. My wife and I (and all of our neighbors) were very happy with the final product.

When I wanted to change my roof, I called two roofing contractors. Oakwood was my second one. Comparing to the first contractor, Oakwood did much more detailed quote. In my opinion, detailed quote shows the owner's good willing and confidence about his job and competitive price. That's why I hired Oakwood to replace my roof. The owner Jordan is very young, and also his crews. They showed up on time and did good job. I am willing to see that Oakwood keeps growing into bigger and better firm.

We needed our chimney re-sided, a roof vent replaced and a frustrating leak fixed. Jordan showed up right on time for the estimate, did a thorough examination of the roof, and we had our estimate almost immediately. His crew (thanks, Tom!) showed up on time on a SATURDAY and worked hard until it was dark. Sunday they again worked until dark, and got the job done. Clean up was ongoing, and there were no roofing nails to be found when I did a walk around the next week. I'll be hiring them again for any outside work we need.

Could not be happier!! We had Oakwood Exteriors put in new windows for us as well as replace our siding with vinyl and stone and put in new doors. They were absolutely amazing! I got 4 estimates for a roof job. Oakwood Exteriors was not the cheapest estimate. I chose them because of the thorough business behavior of Jordan and his crew. They did exactly what they claimed to do and did it expeditiously. They came in at 1p.m. one day and were finished the next day at noon with the mess completely gone....restored to the original place. The crew worked diligently and were respectful, worked in hot hot weather. I was particularly pleased that Jordan was on sight so much of the time. We contacted Jordan to have him do an estimate on the work to be done and were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
