CertaPro Painters did a fantastic job on our garden shed. The two men showed up in the time frame they said they would. The lead told me he went to 3 stores to get me the paint and paint color that I requested. I was impressed that he didn't give up until he found it. The team painted like a well oiled machine. The final result was professional, with no drips. The shed is blue with white trim. They did the white trim without getting any on the blue paint with no painter's tape! I was mesmerized watching them do that. I wouldn't hesitate to use CertaPro Painters again. I couldn't be more pleased with the garden shed. Every time I use it I feel so thankful for the well done paint job since I can no longer paint myself and I had a hard time admitting that. Now I am at peace that when I need a paint job I have "people."

Last summer We needed someone to paint our house trim as it is cedar and the back is 3 stories high. We wanted it done before we put new siding on in September. CertaPro had painted the trim a few years ago and it weathered well. Chad was our pro both times and we liked his professionalism. It wasn't the lowest quote but we were assured the team of 2 would complete it by the deadline. Both guys were nice, hardworking and clean. No drops on the deck or patio and completed when quoted. And the trim looks fantastic with the new siding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We got 4 quotes to paint the exterior of our home. 2 of the companies that quoted acted like they really didn't care if they got our job or not. The other company (2 Day Painting) just bashed their competitors which was very unprofessional. Chad asked us for our business and made us feel that our job was important to him. We also had a deadline that we needed the house finished by. Chad promised it would be done by the date we gave him and he kept his word. He always got back to us when we called or emailed him with a question. The crew that painted the house was very professional and knew what they were doing. This is the first experience I've ever had with painting a house I owned. I got three quotes including College Pro Painters and the attention to detail that Chad at Certa pro displayed just in his initial quote sold me. He walked around the entire house telling me what I could expect from his work and all his promises were kept. We are thrilled with the work he and his crew did. We are very pleased with the results of the painting provided by CertaPro of Waukesha. This was a difficult paint job with very high ceilings and a massive stairwell. They had to paint over 3 different color sponge painting from the 90's. 2 or 3 coats in some areas. We asked for 3 different colors applied to our walls and tray ceilings. The crew was outstanding and finished this huge job in 1 day! All the quotes were spot on and they were very meticulous ensuring our expectations were met. Attention to detail by all involved was superior. We will be definitely using them again for future painting projects! My experience with CertaPro was positive from the outset. The Marketer was prompt, listening and responsive - with the information I needed to make an informed choice. It wasn't long after the decision was made to go ahead that the work began - in fact, the work started 2-3 weeks early. The professionals on-site were great. Again, they were extremely helpful in answering my questions before they began the work. They were curteous, personable and timely. And they were very good at what they do - their work was of the highest quality. I am more then happy with the end result. I have aluminum siding and you can barely tell that it has been painted. My house looks better then ever. One final note: The guys on-site should probably have received hazardous duty pay for the bee stings they suffered while painting my house. I highly recommend CertaPro.

We originally chose CertaPro Painters because of their warranty. We hired them to paint our three (3) story Victorian home in 2013. They were professional and did a reasonable job. We called in early 2014, for a few "touch-up" spots. They came and did the first two floors but said that they needed a "special" ladder to get the top floor. They never came back even though my husband called every other week for three months. We called again on Feb. 4, 2015 (it was still winter!) to make sure that we would be immediately put on their schedule when weather permitted with the proper equipment needed to take care of the job. As of June 2, we've heard nothing. We were sent a "reminder card" that our warranty expired on May 22. We called June 3 - they sent out two guys only to now tell us that they will be back on June 5/6. They did not show up. We are still waiting for them to cover warranty work. ...WE ARE NOT SATISFIED nor happy. Nor would we recommend this company.***DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!*** They do not stand behind their warranty.

I love CertaPro! My fiancé went to HomeAdvisor to find a painter for our house. 2 people never showed up and the third guy did not impress either of us. We did a quick Google search and found CertaPro. They had a solid 4.5 rating and had a lot more ratings than others. Glenn was our rep. He called before coming out, showed up on time, and really knew what he was talking about. He was very easy to talk to and had good, common sense solutions to our problems. We got a quote from him right away on that initial visit, which was great since the other guy took nearly a week to get his quote to us. I was initially worried that the CertaPro quote was going to be much higher than the first one since Glenn had a nice folder for us and a car with CertaPro painted all over it. Turns out it wasn't. The quote from CertaPro was $170 more than the guy we didn't like which is peanuts considering our job was north of $6500 total. The office staff kept in contact with us, we got calls from the painting crew just like we were promised, and they finished the job in a very timely manner. We are so happy, and will always call CertaPro for our painting!!

We hired Certa Pro Waukesha, based on the praise offered by a friend in the Lions Club. They showed up when they were scheduled, had they right colors,(we had four rooms primed and painted) they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. We had applied a "knock down" coating to the dry wall and the lead man on the crew told me that the line between the ceiling and the wall might not turn out a crisp as it would if the wall had a sand finish. The joint between the wall and ceiling was great in all four rooms. I will hire they again in a heart beat.

CertaPro installed the new polyurea coating to our very pitted garage floor on June 1 2017. The installation took only one day (as advertised) and we had everything back in the garage a couple of days later. It looks great! The installer was very careful to keep the surrounding area clean and there was no dust or debris left behind, not even during the diamond grinding of the surface!

Top notch job. House looks brand new. The price was more than fair. Prep work was thorough. Carpentry work that was needed was A-plus. Stain matching was pretty much spot on. Crew that did our house was the best. Ask for Sergio's crew. You will be thrilled, although communication about being home to open doors and windows could have been better. Bottom line: I would use Certa Pro again.

We are a business in a neighboring building and it took about 2 weeks to get a call back about setting up an appointment to get them to come in to take a look at a commercial job. Once they called they gave 2 dates, I gave them our hours and they said they'd come by. Both days no one showed up and they called about a week later with an attitude and asked 'if we still wanted them to come take a look or what?' as if I was an inconvenience to them. Not sure if residential is handled by other people within the company as I see a lot of good reviews but commercial sucked. They lost out on a $5k+ job due to poor customer service. To clarify, this was absolutely the CertaPro of Waukesha because I called the Milwaukee location to see if they could come do the job after the poor service by the Waukesha location (which they could not).

Our contact Chad was totally knowledgeable and answered all of our questions ahead of giving us an estimate in writing and proved to have accurately understood the job we wanted done. A rainy start to Summer presented a wide scheduling window, but the date our work completed was totally acceptable and within our expectations. We went with CertaPro because we wanted a professional result and the crew did it from prep to walk-thru at the end of the job. The well organized crew lead, John, communicated thoroughly with us from start to finish. He continuously examined the work, including his own, and made sure it was done right. He even perfectly corrected a color matching issue by having accurately observed what we wanted and avoided what would certainly have been a 1-2 day delayed start. Go with the PROs.

They were very careful to make sure all areas were covered with the paint. They worked steadily the entire time they were here and did not take long breaks. They were very pleasant to us. Our sales person, Chad, was very accommodating giving us a realistic schedule of the work to be done. The crew was excellent, courteous, and hardworking. They stripped wallpaper, applied the drop-down finish and painted every room. The crew did an excellent job keeping furniture doors and cabinets as well as the carpet and floors covered in plastic to keep everything free of paint mess. Since this project involved every room in our house, this amazing crew was able to work around us as we still lived in our home. The pricing for the work was realistic and the crew met all the goals of our project. We will definitely use CertaPro for any future work.

When we met with the sales person at Certa Pro we were told it would be done in about a week depending on weather. It took over 8 weeks to get our job done. The 1st crew we had seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, were very sloppy, unorganized and were afraid to climb ladders.The 2nd crew they sent were also very sloppy and unorganized.They got paint splatter all over our roof, windows, window frames, landscaping, gutters and downspouts. They also left garbage and equipment all over the place in our yard and said they painted area that clearly had no paint on it. It looked like they were on their phones 50% of the time. It was very hard to communicate with the 2nd crew since they barely spoke english. Finally they got rid of the 2nd crew and brought on a few guys that knew what they were doing. They had to clean up the messes that the 1st and 2nd crew made (there were a lot!). They found even more areas that we were told was painting and clearly wasn't. They corrected the issues as much as they could but they had to paint (try to match the color ) some of our roof shingles. The roof looks ok in some areas but in others still looks bad. We were also told one of the crew leads went to jail and thats why the job wouldn;t be done on time (not sure why you would tell a client that). Before the production manager had to take over we were told the job would be done about 5 times. Bottom line we were told Certa Pro uses professional, Certa Pro trained painters and that the job would be done in a timely manner instead the complete opposite happened. This was by far the worst experience I've had with contractors. They do have quality painter but we didn't see them until they had to clean up the mess. The production manager was a lot easier to work with and was very responsive but after looking at the total experience I still have to give them a "D"

After my wife and I deciding we wanted to change the color of the house I decided that all of the prep work and painting as well as the minor carpentry repairs would take me the better part of the summer. I spoke with a neighbor who had hired CertaPro and was happy with the results and so I requested a quote. I got quotes from a few people, but between the warranty and the professional way Chad treated us it was an easy choice. In only three days the crew hand scrapped, power washed, and painted my house a whole new color with two coats of paint. They also replaced the boards that needed replacing and caulked what needed sealing. When they were done they left no mess and our house looks fantastic. A year later we could not be happier. I am so glad I did not spend my summer nights and weekends taking this on myself.

When my house and deck needed painting, I got 3 bids. I chose CertaPro Painters based on price and professionalism of the sales representative. The crew assigned to my project were great guys, hard workers, and knew what they were doing. I was daily advised of progress and future plans. When the deck did not clean up as expected, the sales representative got involved with products and procedures to solve the problem. No hassle to me. I hired CertaPro Painters for the second and last time. Recently they painted my living and hallway. They did a decent job but they will not go above and beyond. Left paint on my ceiling in numerous areas and a floor register. Plus had some joint compound tape that was bubbling on the wall and instead of fixing it quick they painted over it. LAZY!!!! The area manager Scott was notified with my displeasure and sent me a scathing email defending the mistakes and he thought I was complaining about the bill, you need to put yourself in your customers shoes. Awesome service! NOT! Use caution when using CertaPro. To fix the errors will cost $200.

My fiancé and I had Certapro paint a few rooms in our condo prior to our wedding. Being from the East coast originally, we are a loyal user of Benny Moore paint. Not having the time to complete our project, we asked if they could do the project. No problem... Until they used Sherwin Williams products and the color didn't even match! When asked, the painter said that it wasn't in the paint budget and they don't make as much on the job! Need I say more! Homeowner beware! They control the reviews on there own website.

Maybe they have gotten better, but..... We had a HORRIBLE experience. The salesman was great said the work would be done within one week and the price was reasonable - not the lowest, but not the highest. When the crew finally showed up at 10:30 a week late they appeared to be stoned - Red eyes, confused, giddy. I hoped it was just a late night and the job would go still go as planned. Well, it didn't. The crew seemed to very new at this and the head guy was almost as green. First they tried spraying the paint on and ended up getting paint all over my windows, plants and the brick trim. Then they used brushes which went better but S-L-O-W. The crew appeared around 10-11am everyday and left at 4. I attempted to contact the salesman who was also the expediter SEVERAL TIMES and was told he was out on medical leave. No one ever showed up to look at the house until weeks later after the project was done. They needed to come back to address issues but it was still subpar work. Caulking was very poor and the trim looked like it wasn't painted at all in places. The worst part is no one seemed to care at the home office. WE VOW TO NEVER AGAIN USE CERTAPRO AND WE TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS UNLESS THEY WANT TO PAY FOR REPAINTING IN A COUPLE YEARS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.

I had my living room, stairway and upstairs hallway plus all ceilings painted in November. My painter, Pedro called the day before and came exactly as promised. He did a fabulous job. There were several areas that neede repair and you can't even tell there was ever a problem. I was very happy with the work and price and will use CertaPro again.

Had an estimate done by this location about 3 weeks ago. It's been 3 weeks and no estimate yet. Called 3x and emailed once to follow-up and the first two times I couldn't get a hold of someone. The last two times I spoke to the estimator person that blamed it on the system and that he'll get back to me that same day; Still havent received anything. Horrible communication and service. Please seek out another painting company like Two Day painting instead.

We decided to change the exterior color and add some brighter trim work. The end result was amazing. Not only did the on-site crew communicate clearly during the process, they discovered a few nagging problems on our homes exterior and referred us to a skilled carpenter to make timely and accurate repairs. Our painters, John and Norm, exceeded our expectations. In the five days they were working in our home, they performed excellent work, they were meticulous in keeping their work areas clean, they were respectful, helpful, and John was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed of each day's goals and rooms to be painted, allowing Joe and I to work ahead of them, to clear out the next room.
