Did not start job on date promised. Had to wait 2 weeks. Quality of painting good but painters left paint spots in bathtub,carpet,doors,sound bar. I had to vacuum carpeting and floors everyday after they left. First day had ac on,come home from work patio door open. No follow up call from manager jeff or Robert sales man. Very poor customer service. I highly don't reccomend certa pro. They are not professional

As first time home buyers, we were unsure of what to paint and how to go about it. Our rep who came, Jim, was awesome and gave us his thoughts and opinions about an accent fireplace wall that we never would have seen ourselves. We weren't supposed to be able to get in until October, but surprisingly we got in mid-September! We thought it would be a "team" coming to paint, but it was ONE PERSON! I was weary at first thinking it would take a long time, however, Shawn was amazing! It's done and it looks great and we are so happy!

This crew showed up on our block and, day after day, dumped their sanding dust into the gutters, which is illegal, polluting and disrespectful. Then, when I pointed it out and proclaimed that dumping their dust in the street was wrong, I was told I was being disrespectful.

Ours was a relatively large interior job. I was told by the crew we have the highest ceilings they have ever painted, plus we have knockdown finish drywall & used 2 wall colors in addition to having our ceilings painted so the cut in work was not easy. I used the consultant & was very happy with her recommendations as our house is somewhat architectural & her ideas on color placement were spot on & really brought out the features of our home. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, worked quickly & did very meticulous work & even came on both Saturday & Sunday when the job wasn't finished on time. We used this location previously to test them out by having them paint 4 colors in a child's bedroom & it turned out great. We will definitely use them for other work in the future & recommend them to others.

Salesperson came out to do estimate over a month ago. We approved and was supposed to get a call from scheduling and nothing. Unfortunately, we've wasted 4 weeks waiting for a response and have to start the whole process over. Extremely disappointing!

Job was to power wash house and then paint it. Paint was matched to original color as requested and job professionally done at a reasonable cost. One small complaint is that floor of screen porch was left dirty. Will use these folks again. However, scheduling of job with central office could have been better … they seem to have forgotten us, until we called! Then everything proceeded appropriately. In fairness, a very rainy spring did not help.

So, the painter was great: personable, helpful, did a great job. Not so much the company. Work was scheduled to start by 9:00 Monday. Painter showed, looked around, said he had to leave to get something. Called him an hour later and he told us he was in Racine dealing with another job. Really? When we informed the office, we were told they would send someone else. That person did not arrive until 2:00 so did only prep work. On Tuesday our painter arrived promptly and stayed! The estimator also came out again and we were told the 2.5 day estimate should have been 4 days due to the small areas available to move furniture. So the work was completed Friday. Interesting experience.

Then the on site manager Caleb did an outstanding job with updates and recommendation. I can not believe how well this turned out. Save yourself a headache and go with the more expensive company. CertaPro may be cheapest, but they have awful communication. Read their website reviews too. Everyone complains that its very hard to get a response. Personally it was an issue for me too. Quoting took forever to finish; took multiple calls and emails. Scheduling took multiple calls and emails. I wasn't sure to whom i was supposed to send the signed proposal. And i never got a confirmation call. If you want customer service, avoid this company. Work itself was fine. The process was the issue.

CertaPro Milwaukee really came through for us--especially, considering the historic rainfall SE Wisconsin experienced over the last few weeks. Despite the number & severity of the storms in the Thiensville-Mequon area, the entire process was as seamless as could be expected-- sales/quote (Jim), inside customer service (Donna is amazing), project planning/scheduling (unflappable Jeff), carpentry (Chad & Darrien, "twin brothers from different mothers") and painting crew (headed by eager-to-please, Arturo & assistant Jessie). Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. The painting crew paid attention to detail, and did a nice clean-up job at the close of the project. We are very pleased!.

First-rate prep work and attention to detail is what separates a good paint job from an exceptional paint job. CertaPro performed in the utmost professional manner in these important areas. The paint crew took down objects such as light fixtures, soffit vents, home address plaque, and flower boxes, painted underneath the area, and then carefully replaced the items. Where colors intersected, the edges were clean and crisp. Can't get any better than that! Needless to say, I'm thrilled with the results!!!

We didn't have a ton of work done because we have vinyl siding, but the wood trim was badly in need of a clean up and good coat of paint. Our painter fought bad weather the week of the job, but adjusted his schedule in order to make the most of the good days and complete on time and on budget. The quality of the work is great and the house looks amazing. It has even drawn comments from neighbors. We also had our vinyl fence power washed and were amazed to watch layers of grime coming off as he worked along, completely changing the color. We're very happy with the results and would not only use again, but also recommend the work to others.

Have used CertaPro twice in the last two years.....previously for exterior work, and recently for a complete interior. Each time the painters were courteous, clean, and precise -- sharp edges. They also noticed certain areas needing additional repair, addressing each one. They were not the cheapest contractor, though their price was competitive. Final scheduling was somewhat delayed, but that is indicative of this industry at this time of year. We would call them again, should the need arise.

Painters poured paint and left debris in yard. They also damaged new grass and a tree. The tree died. No one in customer service the lead painter Craig, or owner thought this was a big deal.
