Certapro did an excellent job painting the interior of my home. Jessica provided great color suggestions based on the colors I wanted. Arranging for an estimate to getting the project complete was timely and efficient. On painting day, the painters showed up on time, had great attention to detail and cleaned up after they were done. They will be coming back to complete the exterior project and we have just added some additional interior work. Great job Certapro!

Horrible customer service. We contacted them in May. We were told the job would at least be started in July. It’s now halfway through August and we still haven’t heard a reply from Jessica, the manager. We called her two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a response. If I treated customers like this at my job, I’d be fired. Waiting to hear back from their national office about this. While I wait to hear back, I’ll be looking for a professional company to do the work we hired Certa Pro to do. Absolutely pathetic.

Couldn't be happier with the results! Painters were very knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me allot about upkeep and just information on my house in general. Jessica was also great to work with, and was able to keep me informed daily on the constant changes due to so much rain and storms in the area and was able to get it done within a week of the estimated date.

I would never ever recommend this place ever. We chose this company over another to paint our deck and pergola to match. The deck has already been treated so we needed it power washed and honestly sanded before painting. All they did was power wash, if you can even call it power washing. It left a splotchy mess that they just painted over so now we have a freshly coated splotchy mess. They also said they would cover our lights and spindles when they did the work however our black spindles and lights now have painted on them.

Terrible customer service! The manager, Jessica, rarely returned phone calls, rarely responded to emails and rarely answered text messages! I asked her to call to set up dates to paint but it took three weeks for her to respond even though I left numerous messages

It's now November and I am still trying to have the painter return to our home from mismatch paint done to the exterior of our house in August. Getting a hold of Jessica (the manager) via phone does not happen on your first attempt and emails are never promptly replied too. It's very frustrating.

terrible communication. No follow through. Our deck was painted less than a year ago and it already needs to be done again--it wasn't cheap either--we chose to pay more than double what others quoted because we figured we'd get better quality--think again!

The CertaPro subcontractor who did our fence and deck had paint droplets and overspray in our pool and on our pool equipment. We had to have the entire perimeter of the pool repainted - at our expense. Now, not even 2 years later, the stain on the deck has work away and it looks terrible. We have no children or pets and it gets minimal foot traffic. New franchise owner is telling us that he hates to be the bearer of bad news, but we're screwed. Read the fine print carefully, people. Bottom-line - do NOT contract with CertaPro!

We worked with Jessica to get our house stained. It had been a long time since it was last stained and it needed 2 coats and some additional work. She worked with us to get a price that fit our budget and work that would give our home a fresh new look. Francisco and his crew came in and did the job in 3 days. There was a little problem with some of the finish work, but Jessica took care of it and after a couple more hours, the job was done to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jessica, Francisco and CertaPro to anyone looking for professional exterior paint and repair work.
