Seriously disappointed with customer service person Nicole. The first job of a customer service person is to listen! She was unable to respect my needs. Needless to say I declined to schedule an appointment when offered one. Metal roofs are a premium product with a premium price tag. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

We've had our roof for almost 5 years. It looks as good now as it did when it was first installed. They did a great job installing the roof, it gives the house a really finished look. Our previous asphalt shingle roof was failing after about 12 years. I'm confident that this roof from AMR will last the life of this house and I won't have to worry about installing another roof.

We hired American Metal Roof Inc to install a new roof system on our cottage near Crandon Wi. Our experience with the company could not of been better. Ray Farmer met with us, answered all our questions and explained the benefits of the Oxford Shingles we had chosen. 2 weeks later the job started! This is when we were put in contact with Scott and his crew. Super nice guy and more then willing to explain every step. The job site was kept clean and the workmanship was second to none. He even took pics of the job in progress, put on a CD and mailed to us. Very happy with the turn out and would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I think we were one of the first metals roofs in the Legend Lake area of Keshena Wisconsin in about 2008, and it was installed by American Metal Roofs Co. Ray Farmer sold us this roof and I have to say I wish we had not chosen this shingle style roof, as it's a nightmare to clean. We live in a wooded area, and leaves, dirt, and twigs get caught in the cracks and you could even see small plants starting to grow out of these cracks in the shingles....not good. I wish we had gone with a standard seamed style roof, as you can only stand on this shingled style roof is a very few places, or you will damage the roof. I just paid $800 to have it power washed, and it still looks terrible and the power wash company was not happy either, but it's almost impossible to keep clean if you live in a wooded area.. American Metal Roofs Co. did a nice job on the roof, but I would not suggest this shingled style to other customers if you live near trees, it's a mess.. The pictures are taken two days after it was power washed and it is still a mess...............not good! This roof was over $30,000 and if I could afford it I would replace it, but it's too late now...........so buyer beware!
