good job , but not so fast

People are always quick to review if something goes wrong, but very few take the time to review when things go right. I have used Morgantown Heating to install a new kitchen sink and hot water tank. Both times, there team did a quality job to my complete satisfaction. They are not the cheapest, but the quality you get far surpasses the cost. (You always pay more for quality up front - Mercedes Benz is a great example.) They are good, hard-working people with a great deal of knowledge. Try finding that anywhere else. We're thrilled with our new stainless steel sink and 50 gallon hot water heater. And I'll certainly call the next time we need plumbing or HVAC.

Very very very slow in doing the job. I had a plumbing job which involded drilling couple of holes, joining a few tubes with quick connects and fastners. I would be able to do this in 45 minutes if Ihad the tools. But the plumber was very slow and he took 4 hours. He charged me for 4 hrs which is obsolutely unacceptable. I dont mind his slowness if only he charged me for 1.5 or 2hrs instead. These folks are not at all professional. I am never going to call them or recomend them to anyone. I suggest anyone planning to use them to read others reviews. If you plan on using them make sure they agree to a fixed price not price per hour or else you will be ripped.

THE WORST, they broke stuff just to fix it, and then when i refused to pay for the $70 bill because they screwed up . they took me to court, i got served papers by a police officer, my kids had to see that. we just paid the bill to save our sanity . TOTAL CROOKS.

We have used them for several repairs on a 20 year old heating system--everything from yearly tune-ups to replacing a boiler. They are professional, courteous, and always get the job done right.
