They are sneaky with billing. Heavily overcharge. Sometimes up to a dollar a gallon for heating oil. They deliver and wait for the price of oil to change. If it goes up, they bill a couple weeks later. If the price goes down, they bill as of the delivery date. Scammers.

STAY AWAY!!!!! RIP OFF!!!! RUDE!!! DOES NOT CARE!!! **** UPDATE **** 1/11/2018 Well they are now saying that they did not put the hole on my tank. That's a lie. Oh and now they are now charging me for oil I never received. I am looking into a civil suit. Please do not use this company ever. I wish I never called them. Bad business. They do not care they just want money from you. Have been under nothing but stress since I called them on December. If I could take back my good rating I would. I never expected this. I say use HN Funkhouser they are more expensive but they would never treat people this way. I mean this is terrible. I have cried all day over this. I was hung up on 4 times by the Berryville office. They are terrible. Please do yourself a favor and buy off road by the 5 gallons if you must but just stay away from this company. They are liers and cheats. Also I spoke with Tony. His words exactly we're "this isn't our problem it's yours and you need to pay your bill." so they pumped oil into my tank well a whole ended in the tank and about 20 gallons or more of fuel ended up in my basement. so they emptied the tank and cleaned up the spill but decided that i am responsible for the 80 gallons of fuel which they pumped most of it back into their truck and took it with them. we ended up usuing a different company so in the end i got no fuel from them but now have a $192.00 bill that if I dont pay they will gladley stick on my elderly parents oil bill and make them pay. they are a rip off! stay away. use Funkhouser. they stand by their work plus they are like 30 dollars cheaper. ****update**** Well they waived the 192 and sent me a bill for 843 now for the clean up of the oil they pumped onto my basement. Don't bother trying to talk to Dawn the manager she is always at lunch.

Fail, fail, fail. Called for heating service since out home lost heat. I was told someone would come out the same day and I would receive a call before they came out. I never received a call and called back at 6:00 pm that night. They said they were sorry and would have a dispatcher call me immediately. Again, I never received a call. Business lost forever.

I was delighted when I opened the door on Thursday and see Brian, my favorite Heating and Air Conditioning service tech. After an initial greeting, his response was "I know where everything is, so I'll get started." He has been here eight or ten times or perhaps more since we moved into our current residence 12 years ago. He has always arrived promptly, performed the required service, and explained the status of my system. A few years ago, Brian was also the tech who arrived in response to an emergency call for lack of heat. When I told him the symptoms, he knew exactly what to check and ultimately replaced a failed motor. We have had not problem since Jim Logan, Gainesville, VA

This is honestly the worst company that you could choose to get oil from. Every time you turn around it's a surprise cost. I would say don't waste your money on the gold service plan when you sign up cause the price will double the next year. Same goes for the budget plan it starts at a reasonable price then jumps crazy high. Better off to just pay for the oil as you need it. Horrible company!
