We recently purchased our home from Dave Hobba. It was a SPEC home, so we didn’t go through the entire build process, but they did put in a screened in porch and a fireplace, while making some adjustments and letting us pick finishing’s. We could not be happier with buying a home from Dave Hobba. He is a professional through and through and was amazing to work with. If we were to ever go through an entire build we would not use anyone other than Dave Hobba. The structure is extremely well built and we plan to be here for a long time!

He abd his 'Team' not only build quality homes, but treat you like family during the process. Imagine being in your mid to late 50's and deciding to build your first new home. The thought of it was not only terrifying, but also stressful. Dave and his 'Team' eased our anxiety, were understanding, and totally assisted us in building our Dream Home.
