Riped me and my family off sent a guy to give a estimate guy came here didn't know anything about his job all he said was "I don't know" this is not my expertise my sewer pipe had roots after I did the work myself and fixed it but the guy was here ownlly like 5 to 8 mins..and took like 6 pictures and we got a bill for 160 and a overpriced Estimate don't waste ur money and time go to someone Else. They will rip you off.

I had excellent service from Dans plumbing. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. Everyone from the people in the office to Dan to the installation person was very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new appliances.

Have called them at least 3-4 times . They will take your number to call you back. I have had to call back multiple times and typically I have gotten called back right about 3-4 weeks after I call about an issue. So if it's a issue you want fixed this month prob not for you. UPDATE: now they return my calls and tell me they are going to come and fix it . Then when the day comes either I hear nothing or a tech calls and says he is coming but never does. Always has the excuse of being so busy and will try and fit me in! Guessing my appointment doesn't matter since they already installed it and charged me $8k and they got their money. UPDAE #2-. I now call them about once a week. They tell me a tech will come out and no one shows up. So I call back again they act confused and say we will have a tech come out this afternoon......THEY NEVER SHOW AGAIN. This has been ongoing since ingot the system last summer

If I could leave a negative review I would. Took 4 months to resolve one of my plumbing issues, the other issue is still not resolved. All work has been sloppy, rushed, unprofessional. They left my house unlocked and my door open when leaving (for the last time). Found out they have an uncertified, unlicensed, unskilled "journeymen" trying to do plumbing and electrical work- or feigning to, citing "complications" and then sending somebody else back just so they can charge for appointment. Misleading to clients, over charges for services, charges clients for the time between the contractor looking at the job and then going to get the materials. uses scrap materials then charges the client for materials. Marks up the cost of their materials 35%. Often misses scheduled appointments with no communication. Unethical, unprofessional, and never welcome in my home again. They honestly need to be closed down for their shoddy work.

I'd give zero stars if I could, because they never showed up. We made the appointment, and they comfirmed the day before. Well the morning of, we called to see if they were coming and she told us we didn't have an appointment, so she'd call us back to see what was going on. She never called back. An hour or so later we called back, since she never called, and she said that we didn't even make an appointment so we'd have to reschedule it. We told her that was unacceptable and she said she would do what she could and call us back, then hung up on us. She never called us back, we had another plumber come fix our emergency right away. So we called them back and told them we didn't want their business because the job was already done. I would never recommend anyone to Dan's plumbing. Go to Rod Henry and Sons in Toronto instead!!!

Don't know from plumbing, but HVAC service was fast and no problems since. One of my best experiences and would highly recommend Dan's for heating and cooling!

Made a call to them, tech came out and looked at leak. Was going to charge almost $400 for job. He didnt have the parts needed. He left and I canceled the job. Got a bill the next month for $160. No work done. Called them back when I got the bill and the Jodi the ceo or manager and threatened me, she said would send it to the magistrate, then hung up on me. No service charge was mentioned. Very rude and way too expensive.

I should’ve known by reading the terrible reviews that this business couldn’t be trusted to do a quality job, but I guess I had to see for myself. I called to have a minor leak looked at, the appointment was confirmed, and I was told a technician would arrive between 2-4 PM. My husband and I live over an hour away from the house with the leak so he spent a significant portion of his day driving to the house and waiting on someone from Dan’s to arrive. At 3:45 PM on the day of the appointment the plumber called to say he couldn’t make it. Wouldn’t that have been nice to know before my husband waited around all afternoon? Do yourself a favor and learn from our mistake. Call a different plumber.

Simple clog and 3 visits later...over 500.00...and we had to complete most of the work ourselves...very disappointed...my parents are older and taken advantage of!!!
