My German manufactured water boiler broke. Adam made two trips -one to diagnose the problem and the other a Sunday visit to install the part. They charged only for one hour of labor. Great service, knowledgeable and inexpensive.

I had an 1849 home that needed a totally new HVAC system and had some funky areas to reach. After two previous estimates and meetings with other HVAC companies, Adam impressed me immediately with his positive approach and ideas that neither of the other two well-known HVAC companies came up with, and he did it for much lower than the other companies bid the job. Adam also took the time to research the Potomac Edison's EmPower Maryland rebate program and helped design the system based on the requirements. Adam even called me back from outside of the country once to address an issue so I could pass inspection. Leah and Melody were great to work with throughout and were prompt, professional, and friendly. Leah was so helpful with the terrific financing A.S.K. is able to offer. As far as the install, Josh, Zach, Damien and Cody worked outside, in the snow, rain, and sleet through the coldest two weeks of 2019 on a tough and quirky job so my contractors could get to work and so that we could start the job. The guys, Zach especially, also had to spend hours in a very cramped crawl space under the house. I can't say enough about Adam, Leah, and their team at A.S.K. Thank you to everyone at A.S.K. for helping turn this 1849 brick house filled with drafts into a nice and cozy home.

This is the best heating and air conditioning company around. Had 2 heat pumps and 2 furnace's put in and the men that came out to do the job was on time and did a great job they did the hole job in only two days . The owner came out about 3 days before the job was done and gave me a very good price. If you have heating and air conditioning work that you need to have done call A.S.K first you will not be sorry. Great Price and very hard workers. I will not use any one but them.

Called A.S.K. On a Tuesday, Adam came out on Wednesday to do the estimate, we agreed on a system Thursday and the crew was out to install on Monday, Memorial Day Holiday at that. Was by expecting the fast service. All the guys and Leah were super helpful and made the entire process so easy. Very fair pricing. So glad we decided to go with this company over others.

Just had Rick from A.S.K. come out to repair our air conditioning. I could not be more please. He was very knowledgeable, patient with the questions we asked him, and did a terrific job at a reasonable cost. I have added A.S.K. to my contacts for future use. We have 10 year old units. One unit began giving us issues a year or so ago. We originally called A.S.K. for our first issue and have only called them since. This time our coil had a leak. The technician, CJ, found the leak pretty quickly and immediately contacted Adam for a quote, not only to replace the coil, but a good, better, and best option for a total heat pump and air handler replacement. Since the coil was roughly 1/2 the cost of the good option, I opted to have the unit replaced with he best option since the price seemed really fair. Why replace the coil in an old unit that may totally fail in a year or two? New units come with the coil... There was no pressure from anyone to buy anything. Leah is great. She is alway pleasant to deal with. She coordinated for the unit to be installed at my convenience. CJ and the installers, John and Josh, were always professional and courteous. They each knew their job and are a great group of guys. I have always felt A.S.K. offers a great service at a very competitive price. These guys always seem honest and simply repair what needs to be repaired. They offer advice and options with no pressure to commit. From my understanding, this is the only way Adam (the owner) operates. I will always offer my business to an honest business man. I will continue to only call A.S.K. for my future A/C and heating services.

From beginning to end the entire crew at A.S.K Heating and Air conditioning were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Adam and crew were awesome. I had called 3 or 4 companies to get estimates and Adam's response was great, I got a phone call from one company that said they could come out in 3-4 days to provide an estimate, one came out to look at our systems and took 3 days to provide an outrageous estimate, the last finally called me after i had already had the work done by A.S.K!!! Adam and team provided a complete estimate within 1 day, and was working on our house within the week. They installed 2 complete systems and EVERYTHING was clean when finished!! They also fixed a drain problem from the attic unit that the original builder installed incorrect, no additional charge, didn't complain, they just fixed it!! Only had one problem and the entire crew worked extra to figure it out and finally found a bad circuit board on a brand new unit, they were able to get the part the next day and everything was up and running!! A.S.K performed a complete change out on both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. They also repaired many ductwork problems that were causing our upstairs rooms to be extremely hot during the summer months despite other companies efforts to fix the same. The quality of the products and craftsmanship are outstanding. All crews were knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Our new BOSCH systems are extremely quiet, you can stand right next to them and don't even know they are running. We highly recommend A.S.K. for any work needed.

I came home yesterday to find my house at 90 degrees- the air conditioner was broken. I called A.S.K. Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to come out the next morning btw 8:30-10:30 am to fix the unit. They arrived at 9:30- explained the problem clearly and fixed it in about 30 minutes. They do not charge an extra weekend fee like most companies do and the parts were very reasonable. My air is pumping cold air again and I could not be happier w/ the service that was provided. Highly Recommended!!

Memorial day weekend, Saturday afternoon and my a/c unit just broke, thinking id go all weekend because I cant find a part and no hvac supply buisnesses were open til Tuesday I ran into Adam in the parking lot at lowes. when I showed him what I needed he pulled a new one from the back of his truck, gave it to me, and refused to take any money. what a great guy! ASK Heating and Air Condition company has been very good to us. They sold us two Goodman heat pumps in 2011 and have maintained them under warranty since. We had a leak in the coil on one unit, fixed at no charge. A board on the other unit fried do to stink bugs crawling in. Again fixed at no charge. Had a thermostat act up causing issues. The repair ended up damaging heat pump. After charging us a few hundred dollars, we received a full refund a month later! Back in 2011 we first hired them to replace original heat pumps that contractor installed on our new house. The old units were nothing but trouble. When ASK replaced with the new Goodman’s they explained to keep filter slot covered and sealed with duct tape. They also recommended we insulate the area in attic to bring heat pump “ indoors “. Both these recommendations, plus the new Goodman’s cut our electric bill in half! Will definitely use them again if we ever have to upgrade or replace heat pumps.
