I am happily updating my prior rating to 5 stars. Finally, I've found a company that cares about customer service and repeat business. After I posted a less than stellar review, I received a phone call from the CEO, Demetri. He personally showed up (and was even a little early) and stayed on site while my roof was being inspected. Despite the windy conditions, the technician was thorough with his inspection and took precautionary measures to address any water leaks. Demetri took the time to speak with me about my roof issues, and he also provided valuable information about the insurance claim process. I'm extremely pleased with the "above and beyond" service that I received today. I will definitely call American Custom Contractors in the future, as well as refer them to my friends, family, and neighbors living in the DMV area.

As last year we were told by a different contractor that we need our roof replaced, we decided to get a second opinion and we did the free inspection of the roof with American Custom Contractors after a bad hail storm. To my surprise they told us that our roof still has 10-15 years left and it has minimal damage from the hail. The person they sent, David, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I really don't take the time to post reviews, but this time I had to post this as I was impressed with their honesty. It is very hard to get a honest opinion these days when everybody tries to sell you everything. I would recommend them based on our experience with them. When our roof will be replaced, they will be the first one to call.

American Custom Contractors did an amazing job taking care of my roof replacement. They guided us through the claim and roof inspection process when we had some wind damage. They clearly communicated next steps and dates for when the team would be onsite for the delivery and for the install. And they cleaned up our yard afterwards and inspected several days later to make sure all the work was completed to our satisfaction. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

Amazing company! Christain was the best. Worked hand and hand with my insurance company. Was effortless on my behalf to get my roof repaired. Christian is very informative and knowledgeable regarding the materials and methods of replacing my roof. Very honest and trustworthy. No misleading information, just good honest people. Galo my project manager was very nice and overseen the job the day of install. He also explained everything. He even came back the next day and did a final inspection of the workmanship and clean up. I must also give the roof crew praise. These guys work so hard and do a quality professional job. I truly see how they have earned GAF master elite installer recognition. Incredibly, did our whole 3000 sq ft house in one day...the 7-man crew were outstanding, started before 7 AM and finished at dusk. Looks great, reinstalled our gutter guards and cleaned everything up. Joel the PM was excellent...he kept us posted on progress during the work and visited the next day, got up on the roof to inspect the work, and checked back in with us on the results of his review. Highly recommend!

As a final note, I found only one tiny piece of the old roof when the job was complete - a very rare occurrence in the installation of a roof!

Their work and level of detail goes way beyond replacing the shingles. The clean up and extra finishing work by Blase was the best surprise and made for a great experience. I had a great experience working with American Custom Contractors. After some damage to my roof I sought the referral of some friends and ending up contacting them. It was a great decision. An ACC representative came out to take a look and that was pretty much the extent of my involvement. They took care of everything and worked with my insurance company to handle the claim.
