I visited the Kohler Store last week when I was shopping for my bathroom remodel. The store was recommended to me by my contractor. This store is gorgeous! I was immediately greeted by the manager Jill and given a tour of the showroom. I then started to work with Janelle on designing my bathroom. She is very knowledgeable about the technical side of plumbing and helped design a custom shower. Janelle even was able to answer my contractors questions about installation. Hands down a 5 star experience.

Joe was awesome! For a bathroom remodel, he guided us through everything we needed very patiently. He was very knowledgeable and made some really good suggestions as far as what's in style now. He was not pushy and never "asked for the sale" because there's some things that need to be figured out first. It's so refreshing going to a place that you get one on one help! Thanks Joe! I worked with Jill on a new faucet for our kitchen renovation and was very appreciative of the time and consideration she put into helping us find the “perfect” one. She shared a lot of information on the performance and longevity of many brands and also went out of her way to color match the faucet with other items we needed for the kitchen. We ultimately chose a Kohler faucet and while it hasn’t arrived yet we are very pleased with our experience working with Jill on this purchase.

Gorgeous store but we literally had to run after a customer service guy after another woman was too busy on the phone to help us. We just bought a new home and were ready to buy literally all of our hardware here but he blew us off with a question we had about farmhouse sinks. So by ourselves we looked at everything and then left and went to Home Depot a few blocks away. Spent a couple of thousand there instead.

I usually never write reviews but I read a negative review recently about the Kohler Signature Store in Bellevue and was totally surprised as I had nothing but a great experience. The sales person that helped us was a guy, anyway he couldn't have been more helpful. We had been shopping around for bathroom fixtures to update our bathroom. Our project was by no means a big project but we received great customer service as if we were remodeling our entire house and spending lots of money. We got some great suggestions and some ideas on how we could safe some money which was greatly appreciated. We also were given accurate anticipated delivery dates and kept up to date on our order with emails. Everything worked out great ! When we remodel our 2nd bathroom next year, I won't waste time shopping around, I'll just make an appointment at the Kohler Store.

Rheannen went above and beyond to help us find the right pieces for our kitchen in our price range, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely use her again when we start our bathroom remodel, and would recommend her to anyone looking for Kohler pieces to add to their home.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Kohler Signature Store. My design and sales associate was Jeff and I count myself lucky to have had his wonderful help and knowledge of product! He helped me design my new laundry room space and pick out each element in the design ...reflecting my style and taste. (sink/faucet, tile flooring and Cambria quartz countertops). From design to delivery - this was a great experience. And, if you ever have an issue - and Jeff is your design and sales expert - he will troubleshoot and follow through for you, to bring the entire experience to a happy conclusion. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in design and sales behind him, so he knows his product and he knows the elements that bring about good, clean and functional design. Thank you to Jeff ...and Kohler for a beautiful new laundry room space.

I went to the show room today to get some ideas and inspiration for my bathroom remodel and yes it was very pretty inside however, the sales ladies were extremely rude and would not help with questions that I had. The comment I got was if you want any information go to our website. Clearly they thought I did not belong in your store. I will not recommend anyone to come there or patronize your store. It is a shame that I have to feel not welcome!

I was remodeling one of my bathrooms and visited this store for selections. Beautiful showroom. Janelle was great in helping me make selections. Her knowledge of the products was impressive and I ended up with a better showering system than I had originally planned. Next remodel is master bath and I will definitely have her input. Also, beautiful tile selections. That was a nice surprise.
