This Contractor is included in the category of Music store.
My son and grandson drum. This is where we go for drumsticks. You are able to try out the instruments and there is a knowledgeable staff. I recently went there with questions about headphones for my grandson.
Staff was super helpful, the store was clean and well stocked.
Excellent customer service. The price matching is great and they have a lot of products in stock.
Tha only ace I buy our guitars and drums.
Fun place to play music and browse.
We need more place like these....
Be forwarned, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I bought a metronome for my husband for Christmas. So I went in the store and orderd with the help of an employee. It arrived today and it's RUINED; it looks like someone took the box and dropped it in a fish tank. It's objectively unacceptable. When I called them about it, they said I would have to bring it to the store and they would ship out a new one (we're leaving in two days to spend time with family for Christmas, so there's no way my husband would get it in time). It's not my job to do their job. Happy Bloody Christmas, Guitar Center.
Helpful staff and well stocked
Associates are extremely helpful and the selection is beyond incredible!
Great place to go if you love music and playing music
My favorite store
Friendly folks. +1 Star above average because the staff actually knew the gear they were selling.
I'm here all the time. I live 2 min away.
Great friends and great staff good.. I don't care what everybody else says about you LOL, I'll always come back :-)
Counter staff was virtually non-existent on a Saturday morning. Line of customers waiting to check out, the staff resolutely ignoring them while looking at their computer screens or chatting with one another. I went to the manager and complained that there were four people waiting at the counter to check out, but no counter clerk for over five minutes. She told me they were trying to help everyone, when it appeared to me that they were helping no one. A clerk did respond, and with the best sarcasm a 23 year old could muster, thanked me for my patience. I thanked him for the exemplary customer service that helps make GC the beloved and financially sound company that it is. In my opinion, this is a store to visit only if your needs are so immediate that you can’t wait 3 days for an online order to be delivered.
Cool place to shop for a guitar.
A lot of different varieties of guitars and guitar pedals
Well stocked, helpful informed staff. Unfortunately they didn't have exactly what I was looking for.
It was hot abf stuffy bro and niise everywhere bro i hated it
Very friendly and knowledgeable workers.
It is a much larger store inside. Military Discount as well. Knowelable, pleasent employees.
All music under one roof. I have dome several purchases including guitar to DJ equipment. The experience is fantastic.
There was nobody to check me out I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes
Best prices due to national chain.
Took my Taylor guitar in for service. I could not be happier with my experience there. Professional, courteous, quick service. Very happy!!
A very good place for musicians of all types. They got a super good selection of all sorts of instruments, sound equipment, accessories, pretty much anything to do with music. Also one of the best places to just go and jam out for a while, easily one of the best stores for guitar, keyboard, drum, bass, & vocal musicians. Probably my favorite store. LOVE IT!
I love this location. I have bought two acoustic guitars from here and both times they gave me nothing but the best customer service. With my first guitar they even played the guitars I was interested in because I had no idea how to play at the time and wanted to hear the difference in each guitar before I made my decision. Haven't found another music store in the area that is as helpful and welcoming as this one.
This Guitar Center by far has the best IN PERSON customer service. The selection of instruments are rare at this location, I’ve played specialty instruments I couldn’t have otherwise such as the Musicman Bongo. Staff wont bug you very much if they see you playing. If you are playing to loud (Unlike Loral South Lake Union) The staff will simply ask if you can turn down, if you comply they can hear the individuals calling them on the phone. 10/10 experience every time, would bring friends.
This is a great place to peruse musical instruments. The store is HUGE and there is just so much to see. There are guitars, electronic keyboards, drums, and more. For those looking for more classical instruments like string pianos, string instruments, and air instruments, this is not the place for you. Also, it's hard to put into words, but the vibe in the store is very masculine and gothic, not cheery and uplifting.
Super great place. Lots of useful help.
Good selection.
I went in a neophyte, they took time making sure I had the employee most knowledgeable in key boards who took the time, showed the patience with my lack of knowledge and I am now the proud owner of my own Yamaha keyboard.
Very knowledgeable, the workers live the craft. Good selection and very helpful.
Poor selection, was there 30 minutes not even a greeting..
Smaller store but they have a lot to offer great prices. They print e match and are knowledgeable staff
Big fan. Great service
The staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable. Ample parking
Friendly, knowledgeable staff seemed happy to offer options at different prices points and not try to upsell. They were happy to allow my daughter to sit and try as many instruments as she wanted.
Okay store. I prefer the downtown Seattle location. Got mixed advice from staff on keyboards. One person went to check something and after a while waiting I went to find them and they seemed to forget they were helping me. Also were very aggressive trying to upsell me and get me to use credit.
Good variety of gear. Knowledgable service.
The assistant was very helpful! He found us and answered questions completely. However if u do not know anything about sound it can be difficult to understand what they are talking about when they describe items in the store. Luckily my hubby was there. He understood every word the assistant was saying. Loved it.
Cool items and helpful employees
Adult Candy Store. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Had to get some Drum Sticks for my new Kit when I went here, and I have to say, the employee working the percussion section there really helped out. I asked him what I should get, and he ran me through all the different kinds, and what would be best for my Yamaha DTX430 kit. Thanks, guys! Hope to shop there again soon!
Went in looking for a used acoustic guitar and some other supplies for my son today. Left with nothing. Staff couldnt have cared less. Didnt even attempt to look to see if they had one nor did they ask if there was anything else they could help us with. Too bad guys.. our money is just as good elsewhere
These guys helped me out majorly setting up my studio! They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and what was unnecessary. For all music needs I recommend here every time!
It's great, but a tad small. Typical guitar center with awesome selection and great prices and friendly employees and the random old hippie lady absolutely shredding on an electric guitar.
Online purchase and picked up in store... Everything is great!! Thanks guys, y'all rock!
Great service, great selection and unbeatable prices. Little slow so be patient. Overall very satisfied experience many times!
The place looks good but the salesman was so busy doing something and talking with new visitors long and circumvoluted stories that after 15 mins I left the store. I hope the managemebt will train them more in customer relationship.
Great selection, amazing staff
This is a pretty nice Guitar Center! My partner and I went here and he got an amp for an electric guitar. Unfortunately, the amp appeared to have electrical problems and would not turn on. We came to return it, and the representative was understanding, tested it, confirmed that it was borked, and replaced it without any issues. The only complaint I have, which is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is that it takes a long time to get a representative to help you. I am not sure if it is a staffing or customer volume issue, but there seems to only ever be 1 or 2 people on the floor helping customers, even though there are other reps available -- it appears that they have certain area/assistance responsibilities and not everyone can do the same thing. Long wait times while trying to return an amp can be a little rough, and we had to set down the amp on the floor and scoot it along because holding it for the length of time we had to wait was definitely impractical and tiring. Despite the low availability, the staff are really friendly and helpful though, and they have pretty nice products, so I have to appreciate that.
Online shopping is all well and good, but being able to walk into a well stocked store to get something when you need it can't be beaten...
Great selection. Service wasn't great. No one in the drum section and after about 20 mins of just checking stuff out we hunted someone down to answer questions. The guy didn't seem to interested in helping.
Cant give less stars sadly. Ive done business with this gc for years and its gone down the drain . Several employees standing around on a busy Saturday night with at least 4 people ready to checkout and they just walk past like they have something more important to do . I ended up walking out will never go back stick to privately owned guitar shops this place doesn’t care about anything more than profit customer service is not their strong suit.
I have to first off say that I am not a huge fan of chain music stores. After being screwed out of money by both Guitar Center and Sam Ash I try to find everything I need online if I can. That being said, the handful of times I've been into this specific Guitar Center I've had nothing but great service from the employees here. Matt and Brave specifically have been super helpful when it comes to amps and pedal selection and are really friendly. My main complaint with this store (as is the case with most of these chain music stores) is the lack of selection, but that's less the employees fault and more so corporates.
Great customer service, very friendly and not pretentious. They helped me get exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
Happiest place on earth
Love going to this place. Bought m'y Taylor 6 string 11 years ago. Can try just about any instrument before purchase. Very friendly staff and hundreds of guitars to chose from. Would recommend for any musician. Very good selection of recording equipment for all applications. Good prices.
Nice atmosphere, no pressure knowledgable sales staff.
This was the best experience I've ever had at a music store. Ed and Kane were patient, knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Even when things got busy and the computer was having issues, I never felt pressured or stressed because as the customer I was always the number one focus. The employees here worked well together to make sure everyone's needs were met. I left with exactly what I needed, and look forward to returning!
Guitar Center is the kind of store where you can look for staff to help you but they don't appear. On the rare occasion they DO talk to you they aren't any help at all.
It a music store with all kinds of musical instruments and programs what's not to like
My thanks to the staff of the Lynnwood Guitar Center, who do a great job of buying and selling new and used gear.
Good shopping experience. Good help.
Answered all my questions in a friendly, informed manner. Will go back.
This is indeed a guitar centre as there are so many guitars and other musical instruments here. The store is arranged beautifully and in order to make it easy to find what you want. Their prices are competitive. The staffs are wonderful and supportive with beautiful smiles on their faces. They also offer lessons and you’re allowed to test/try the instrument in the store. Got my daughter a guitar and overall I’m well pleased and will recommend this store
Superb service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love this store!
I been there many times and I have experienced great people and selection
Look for deal. Kill time.
We are in a room and the fan and the fans are going g the same chicken as ezeles I will have the notes from then he was wearing he Hilfiger I am not sure what I did you didn't realize that was the only do it the way you are going to have to manually enter my email and I can't seem a little bit more about or it could be in the time of day is a good idea to get it right now and it's a good idea to get it done before I was done before I was
It has EVERYTHING! I love the feeling of the place, and the guys there are really nice.
One stop shop for everything music related including music lessons.
Awesome store they have almost anything for anybody! The customer service is fantastic and the employees are very experienced, helpful and honest I didn't feel pushed at all to purchase anything which is a huge plus in my opinion. I had a problem with one of my guitars and the price for the repairs was fantastic and the tech took the time to clean and do some fine tuning to make the guitar tip top.
Best experience I've had in a Gutiar Center to date! Brave was the one who help me; she's amazing. She got a gutiar down from the top and tuned it right up, set me up with a few others in tune, for comparison and let me be. Never felt pressured, like most others, and was super cool to boot.
So I went to guitar center to buy a ukulele, and I was definitely not disappointed. The service was excellent--every question I had, they answered. My favorite part though, was when they went in the back to get me a new ukulele. Since they were reorganizing new shipments, they worked really hard to find me a new one IN A BOX. Two people helped me find it, and I'm really satisfied with my overall experience. My ukulele is a koa wood high tide Luna ukulele... It's 1000% everything I wanted
Small. Staff is nice. Percussions need to be maintained better. Doesn't make you want to buy stuff.
Very impressed by the variety of guitars. Prices ranging from afforadably used guitars to brand new guitars.
Great place for music needs
came in was helped let play used Ibanez and decided to buy then nobody around to help had 25 people in long line put guitar down and said just lost $200 sale and left never be back buy off amazon
I went in to buy a practice amp, and various guitar accessories. They didn't have the specific amp I was looking for (even though their website said they had it in stock), and they tried to upsell me. I did test some of the suggested amps, but the moment the sales person realized it wasn't going to happen, he just disappeared. It's a good thing I didn't have any questions. When I was finished, I went and grabbed the rest of the gear I needed and went to pay for it. He was able to place an order for the amp I wanted. A week later, I go in to pick up the amp, and I wanted to test it to be sure it was what I wanted. I had to tell him three times that I wanted to test it, and it felt like I was putting him out by doing so. Finally, he said I could, no problem. He told me I could plug it in one of the outlets near the display amps. I didn't have my guitar with me, so I told him I would need one. He said sure, and then never bothered to offer to get me one. I plugged the amp in and grabbed a nearby guitar, and then left once I was done. My experience with Guitar Center customer service has always been crappy. They seem eager up until they realize you're not some idiot who doesn't know what you're talking about, and so can't be sold the most expensive equipment. Go here if you're going to get a good deal, like a sale, but don't expect anything more from the service.
I had a great experience here. Jim was super helpful and friendly even with my 4 yr old son in tow. Helped me find a guitar and stay within my budget. Wasn't planning on coming back to this store because i live far but Jim has won my business. Big thanks!
Awesome customer service!
Bad drum. Get gud.
Very helpful staff and community
Ok...kinda run down
Very good level of support. The person that helped me really knew his stuff. Thank you.
Pretty slow. Checking out a few people took like a half hour. Always out of stock on pocket operators.
A outstanding place to look at and try out absolutely anything to do with music.
Good selection. Terrible customer service. Was speaking to a rep about portable amps, and in the middle of asking questions another customer came up to ask a Q of his own. The sales associate handed me my item back and went to help him and another customer. Completely forgot about our transaction. Quite frustrating, will certainly keep this in mind before returning.
Very hopeful staff and great customer experience!
Great price on guitar strings.
A good place to find guitars and spend time when you are waiting for the Red Robin!
Had a great experience purchasing a Breedlove Acoustic Guitar. Logan was awesome as we worked with him on purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our decision. Management was great to work with also. Highly recommend you ask for Logan! Great experience!! 5 STAR!! Thanks again..
The writting is on the wall, I was just in this store wanting to buy local instead of Amazon but seems the art of making deals is dead. I remember stores doing some haggalling but I guess they don't tech this anymore. Why would I pay the same price after taxes, shipping and so on, doesn't make logical sence.
Joe is probably the best of the Guitar Center guitar techs that I've taken a guitar to, and this is the GC where he works. He's a friendly guy who will give you honest/good advice about your guitar, too, not just your average worker bee.
Very helpful staff and very well organized compared to others I've been to.
Very good geetars
Everytime I go in here it costs me money. Lol
My ukelele broke almost 2 years ago and my egift card from when they reimbursed me had expired when I checked it the other day. I never used it, so I asked if they could renew it, and they sent me a new one today. I went and got a new uke today, no problem. The staff in store was also amazing. Great customer service in and out of store!
Very nice and helpful employee's
Diverse product base.
Convenient place to go get a quick pack or strings or picks or whatnot. I don't think they're on commission anymore, so the staff is not as pushy as they once were.
Very helpful for what I was there for. A hint though, go early before the place gets too crowded. It will get you assistance a lot quicker.
Logan directed me to the perfect capo after telling him whitch guitars I would be using it on. Turns out he's been using it for a year with no problems ... extremely satisfied....well done!
Always helpful staff and a great selection of guitars you can play before you buy. No one is hassling you while you play. Very relaxed environment to shop in for your next guitar.
The staff is very helpful, but not in an overbearing way. A little overpriced, but you're not going to find as good of a selection anywhere else. Surprisingly reasonable price for protection plans.
Decent stock of Guitars, Ukele's, Percussion equipment's at a reasonable price.
They have the biggest selection and the best prices.
Right in the middle of the mall. Mats would be your entrance walk out into the middle off mall straight across walk way towards the courtyard it's across from Sephora
Ordered my guitar over the phone with no deposit!!!
Excellent sellers and a lot of models available
The customer service was awesome as always and the prices were great. This is the place if you need specialized music and performance equipment.
Great selection of guitars and a dedicated, passionate staff!
I asked for help 3 times I was told to wait no body came! Maybe they need more workers or something. Not a good experience
Glad to have a large brick and mortar music store.
Found what I wanted, a $500.00 guitar. Stood there for 20 minuted, got no service. Walked out and ordered guitar on line.
I love music stores
Less than trade value for my pedals. Took almost 2 hours to do a trade.
Large selection. Very friendly & helpful staff!
The staff here is great and knowledgeable. The selection of gear is always good and its an excellent environment to try new gear.
Always good!
It had all the drum sets I ever needed to see I will go back and buy one I love the place lot of Greater instruments people playing their guitars and drums and very intelligent so I give it a five star how is suggest you go see for yourself
Typical GC store - however, they started Locking up their high ticket acoustics now :( and that's a pain when you are looking for a Martin or Taylor.
I can play drums guitar piano and produce music there
The people were friendly and always checked on us to see if we had questions and was helpful and resourceful in providing info on lessons and the selection was great, I cant wait to buy my son and I a guitar.
Haf to do an exchange for an Apollo and these guys did everything in their power to right the wrong! Love them!
Great selection, very good prices, very good service
Tiny selection, understaffed, and not to helpful.
Great product and demos.... Staff was alright.
A lot of guitars and other music related equipment, but not a great floor display of high end keyboards. As a pianist I'm not really interested in guitars, basses, banjos, ukes, and other strumming instruments so it's always kind of a bittersweet experience. However, prices are good and they ordered a nice Yamaha melodica for me at internet prices which was nice.
Nice staff, but a kind of dirty place. The staff knows a lot about the products there
It's guitar center! I mean, it's basically a playground.
Customer service with a little bit lacking. Had to go find somebody just asked a question. their selection of guitars with very limited. But it is Guitar Center so they deserve at least three stars. This one just happens to be a little bit on the lower scale
Helpful energetic staff. I always leave feeling positive
Great selection at very fair prices with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Nice little music store... More about guitars, yet they have a good collection of percussion instruments. Piano and wind instruments are very minimal selection. The staff is friendly and knowledge.
Gave my old Mandolin a good overhaul.
This guitar center has an awesome staff that is not only knowledgable but incredibly friendly. Thank you alex for selling my schecter apocolypse and my evh 5150. Hes a kickass dude.
Staff were very helpful and informative.
Great people willing to help with questions, suggestions, and even guitar repair issues. I was going to buy something on Amazon, but opted to work with the people at Guitar Center.
Always love visiting this particular Guitar Center. Great service
Did not have what I needed but competent staff ordered for me
There selection of guitars is really impressive, and they are exceptionally well set up to demo all of their gear.
A good store with helpful staff and a solid lineup of gear available, the real cherry on top for me is their used equipment, which they price very competitively and offer full protection plans for. Definitely my go to music shop.
The staff here is always willing to help in whatever capacity they can.
You know there's a brand of guitars I wish they had but I don't think anybody carry those. I want to play a Solar Guitar. I want to buy a Solar guitar. I like guitar center because I like to go in and try things out. If I've got nothing better to do I can at least go play guitars there and there's no pressure to buy anything. I like it's there that I get to try things out with no pressure.
Helpful staff and a great selection of equipment.
Great service from the pro audio team. Answered all my questions and helped me get the right gear!
This place has lots of inventory and extremely helpful staff.
Got my Flamenco guitar there .. great quality for really good price! Staff is great .. plus nobody minds going there and blasting Music.. Fun
Spent way to much money here!!! I always walk in and find something, just to walk out broke
Friendly, knowledgeable staff--not at all imposing, but always ready to assist. Reasonable pricing.
Always friendly and somewhat knowledgeable
Yes, it's a guitar chain store. Get over it, we all get it. It's the people who make or break this store. I've been wandering in to try out acoustic guitars for 18 months. No one ever ignored or pushed me. Just let them know up front what you are doing. Every visit (around 14) was pleasant and low key. Did end up buying a mid-range Taylor. Very happy with the experience. PS: I did find the help over in the electronics department lacking. I'm a novice, but not a dummy - they seemed quite bored with the whole thing. I'm betting the same guys aren't working there today!
Good selection of guitars and amps. People here are very helpful and will take the time to see that you leave with the right gear. Might be a little on the top end of prices but if you don't want to wait for something that might be broken to ship, stop in.
Lots O guitars.
