Worst company I have ever had dealings with. We put a business in a complex the Tacoma CertaPros is painting. We came in and found water damage over a bunch of items totaling $3400 in damages from them pressure washing. No one in the company could do or know anything for 2 weeks till the owner comes back from vacation. We had no notification of them pressure washing any exact and our roll up doors looks very bad like heavy pressure washing compared to the rest “our door was the first to get pressure washed” then they hung up notices on everyone businesses the next day saying they were pressure washing. So after 2 weeks of CertaPros saying they are dealing with property management and property management saying it’s CertaPros fault and they have insurance for a reason. Owner wants a sit down with them, property management and business but will not fix issues about damage, owner will not fix so we are taking them to court. BE WARE if these people.

CertaPro painted the interior of my home, with very high cathedral ceilings. In the middle of the summer, it took a little time to get onto their schedule, but once they began at my home, they were done in four days. They worked quickly, cleanly, and the finished work product is beautiful. The painters themselves were funny and kind and it was a good experience. I think you pay a little bit more for going with CertaPro, but their good management of a big project was important to me.

As a property manager in Pierce and Kitsap counties for ten years, I’ve frequently had the need to hire qualified and dependable house painters. Unfortunately, several of the companies I have hired left something or much to be desired, this not the case with CertaPro Painters! The owner Gary House and the rest of his team, Dave, Gilberto and Nelson, met my expectations in every detail. A week or so ago, I was under a very tight deadline preparing a property for the occupancy of new tenants. I had but one week to accomplish the entire job. The very day of my initial contact with CertaPro Painters, though Gary had a demanding schedule that day himself, he met me at the property. He spent a minimum of one hour evaluating my needs, making notes, making recommendations and choosing the best paint type and colors with me. Gary utilized the latest electronic technology, he took photos of every room and space that I needed painted, and was able via his IPad to give me a solid and reasonable estimate of the job costs on the spot. He followed up with a job contract that same day. His project manager Dave met me the next day to verify our mutual understanding of the project’s particulars, and following day the painters, Gilberto and Nelson arrived promptly at their appointed time and began the work. Upon completion of the job, Gilberto scheduled a walk through with me to confirm my satisfaction with the job done. I tend to be a perfectionist, and at the time had a “few tweaks” I wanted finalized. Gilberto did not object, argue or complain, he took the steps necessary to ensure my total satisfaction. Incredible! So rarely when dealing with contractors in my line of work, it seems that complete satisfaction of the client is not a priority, not so with CertaPro. Happily, my property owner, my new tenants and I were delighted with the results! The work was completed beautifully and was finished on time. All of the CertaPro team, with whom I interacted, were professional in demeanor, communication, commitment and expertise. They have most definitely made a life-time customer of me. I highly recommend them! They are Certifiably Pros!

I couldn't ask for a better experience with a company. Spencer came out to bid a small job and advise me right away. I added more rooms to the job and it was handled seamlessly, the job was quickly started and then done before I knew it. Everyone from the office staff to the painting crew were helpful, friendly, and prompt. I felt I paid an excellent price for the amount of work that was done. It was easy to pick my colors at the store and then just let them know what I wanted. They handled everything. I will only call CertaPro painters from now on. Christopher and Josh, the painting crew, went above and beyond in making me happy. It looks beautiful and has really improved the interior of my home.

My wife is in love with our freshly painted interior of our house! Gary, Gilberto, & crew did a bang up job. We were given a fair & accurate quote. A few days later we moved all furniture & wall hangings to the center of all rooms, we trusted them with our house keys & they did not disappoint. It was well worth it to not have to do it ourselves as they did it in lesser time and higher quality than we would have. Can't wait to call them back for our exterior!
