I really hate it when a company does a no-show especially when you confirmed your appointment less than 3 hours before. Sending an email just before the meeting isn't appropriate - try being courteous by picking up the phone and calling so people aren't waiting around wondering where you are. Definitely can't recommend a business with poor communication and one that doesn't honor commitments.
