We used Mid Atlantic Contracting, Inc. to build a deck at the time we were building a new house. Dave Corbin was fantastic and worked with my wife to design the layout in a way that accommodated our requirements and came out looking good and we were very pleased with how it turned out. More recently we had them come back and add an under-decking system to keep the area under the deck dry so it could be used even during a rainstorm. Again, they were very responsive and proposed a solution that was exactly what we were looking for. They installed it in a timely manner and once again, the final product looked just as good as we hoped it would. The installation team was very polite and they cleaned up everything when they were done and left the area looking great. Thank you Mid Atlantic!

We had nearly everything done, roof, siding, windows, gutters and downspouts, even had the trim around our roof line wrapped so we won't have to paint it ever again! What a great job, the products are all top notch and we love the new look of our home. The install crews were professional, thorough, and did a great job of clean up after the job was done. We had a wonderful experience with MidAtlantic about 1 year ago. We had significant leaking in our 25 year old roof. We got 3-4 quotes. I believe MidAtlantic was the lowest. Jaime, our contact, was great. They did the roof in 1 day. We only found 1-2 nails afterward, which is remarkable considering the amount of nails removed when the entire roof is replaced. We even had them come out afterward to fix a little something that we thought should have been replaced around the skylight. With sooo many roofing companies canvassing neighborhoods after heavy rains, MidAtlantic is one you can trust.

Mid Atlantic was the third company to look at the leaking roof in our townhouse, and the last. What the other places missed they picked up in minutes. When we moved, they were the first we called to get a roof quote. Not only was their bid the best, but we would have hired them over the other two companies based entirely on the thorough inspection they gave to our roof. And when winter dropped a foot of snow days before they were scheduled to arrive, their guys climbed up to the roof and shoveled it off so they could complete the job on time. Totally happy with the work and the price, and will recommend to anyone.

At the beginning I was a little skeptical of Mid Atlantic, but after I saw the work on my neighbor's home I agree to talk to the storm specialist Rashad Henderson. Best decision I've made in a long time. Rashad Henderson of Mid Atlantic is simply one of the best and most customer service oriented professionals I've ever met. He worked closely with my insurance company to get my claim processed. After the claim was filed he scheduled the siding work on my house at a convenient time, made sure the crew was up to snuff and checked regularly during the installation. After the job was done he checked sure that the crew clean up after themselves. Rashad Henderson from Mid Atlantic Construction did great job, make sure I was happy with the whole process. I would recommended Rashad and MAC to anyone who needs to replace roof. I just hope the whole process won't be that long.

I called Erick Fletcher yesterday about giving an estimate on our roof. He came today and was able to call his team and fix it quickly, before the thunderstorms hit NOVA. He took pictures of the damages from inside our attic and from on top of our roof. He also invited me to look at the damages for myself from inside the attic. We had a different company come earlier to give an estimate and he didn't show me all of the damage, only some of it. I felt like he was honest, trustworthy, and did an excellent job with his crew. I am so grateful for the respect and professionalism that he and his team displayed while working on our house. I would highly recommend him because of his reasonable rates and professional care. He also wrote out an itemized list of damages and took pictures for our insurance company. He saved us time and money. I will definitely use MidAtlantic again!

My roof looks so good that one of my neighbors already had MidAtlantic out to look at their roof. Lastley, my father in-law is a roofer in IL. My preliminary experience was quite pleasant. The day before work was to begin, the roof shingles and other supplies were in the driveway ready for the next day. At the completion of the job, my yard was cleaned thoroughly. Integrity and honesty will go very far in a business. Erick, his sister Lindsay, and his brother are running a highly efficient company which takes years of skill and experience. I had the president of the company actually come out to my home and fix an issue with my roof. He was professional, courtesy, thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He charged a very reasonable price and it helped stopped further damage to my roof from a water leak in my vent. I would highly recommend not working with this company. We have a leak in our skylight/rrof and they told our Warranty company not to cover any of the repair work. The contractor asked me personally if we could "hold off on doing the job until later in the year because it's his busy season," which is ridiculous when your roof is leaking. It took them 2 days to even call the Warranty company about our repair, while it has rained heavily the past 2 nights.

I recently hired MIdAtlantic Contracting to build a new deck on my townhouse. I obtained three quotes for the job and MidAtlantic's was the most reasonable. The sales person and the administrative staff were fantastic - they provided timely communications, were extremely responsive to my inquiries by phone and email, and are knowledgeable of county codes and building requirements for decks. The building permit was obtained in lightning speed! The work started and ended on schedule (the job took only three days), and final inspection occurred on the morning of the fourth day. Overall, a worry free and wonderful experience. I would definitely hire MidAtlantic Contracting again and I highly recommend them to others.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism by Erick and his team. I had MidAtlantic build a screened porch two years ago and replace my roof just about three months ago. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work they did. MidAtlantic replaced the builder's roof on my home early in the previous spring, having to reschedule multiple times for safety reasons (caused by the late freezes and snows). They were very accommodating and apologetic (despite it not being their fault) and as soon as a scheduled date coincided with appropriate weather, they were there, pulling off the old roof and installing the new one with with alacrity and expertise. I went to work with an old roof and come home to a new one. Good job, guys.

Mid-Atlantic Contracting, Inc. recently replaced our roof, repaired the chimney & rerouted bathroom fan vent duct work for us. They did an excellent job! The company president, Erick Fletcher, was very hands on and oversaw all aspects of the job. He is very knowledgeable & competent. The workers were professional, courteous & very accommodating. They did a terrific job of clean up, including using a metal rake to ensure all roofing nails were picked up around the house & in the driveway. The job was completed in one day on our ranch with its 4,200 sq. ft. roof. There was an issue with the fan in the master bath that wasn’t noticed until it was used the next day. Erick came back to fix it without hesitation. Lindsay & Vanessa, in the office, were pleasant & helpful when calling/emailing Mid-Atlantic. We highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use them for any future work we needed done.

Really good people, didnt really try to hussle you. They completed the project in the time they said they would. Good integrity and stick behind their product (s).
