Over the last three years they installed an energy star boiler with hot water ex-changer. Also a Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat system. Their salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and a competitive on price. The installers were great, they took time to answer questions and explained what they were doing and why, Job done in a timely and professional manner. Also, they cleaned up the site and took all the trash and old equipment.They've since serviced the boiler regularly. Highly recommended by me.

Installed a single zone cold climate Mitsubishi heat pump. The contract price was competitive and fulfilled exactly, the installation crew was timely, neat, and professional. The pump has now been operating flawlessly for 18months with zero issues. If you want a heat pump (and you definitely do), these are the guys to deal with.

Would not use them again, spent almost ten thousand dollars on a boiler, they did a wonderful job installing, but after the first year there have been very expensive service calls to fix parts failing prematurely. Conveniently out of warranty, and of course no courtesy discount on labor or materials, so I have paid for new parts twice. So I went looking elsewhere and found a family-owned plumbing and heating business, and they have been great. Had them install a few major appliances and three years later not one service issue. Lesson learned!

VT Energy installed a new boiler for me about a year ago. It has performed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. I mostly burn wood so for me it’s a backup system, they took hay into consideration and did not try and oversell me on something I didn’t need. They were also timely and very responsive. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I had them come for a service call and it ended up costing me $332 and my problem went unresolved. They were not willing to work with me on that price at all, even though I was never told the price of a product they recommended I install, to attempt to fix it. I understand the cost of sending someone out, but not working with me when a problem wasn't solved leaves me extremely disappointed. I had considered them for another project until I got the invoice. Expect arrogance when dealing with them, and expensive service prices. Look elsewhere.
