I am posting a review today based on a number of experiences I have had with this company. Most recently we underwent a significant solar system upgrade which involved installation of new solar panels and new charge controllers. During the installation, a number of components suffered failures. We are not entirely sure of the reasons for the failures, however it was likely there may have been some level of human error. Concurring with that assumption, the company stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for the job, and covered the cost of the necessary repairs. In addition to that they provided extensive follow-up calls and provided a myriad of different types of testing to ensure the system was operating normally and in a safe condition. I'm not posting a five star review, because some oversights occurred on this job, however the company deserves a good four star review for their level of resolve and concern to make it right for the customer. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody looking to do electrical or solar work.

I called Rob Stubbins twice, once to install a whole-house standby generator with automatic switch, and once to add a timer to take advantage of my special electric rate program from GMP in Killington. On both projects I found they returned calls promptly, and while at my home were very courteous, answering my twenty (maybe more) questions on how to operate these new gadgets. Turns out that they set them up so both gadgets operated seamlesly after installation and I haven't had to touch them at all. Best part is I've never even noticed most power failures except for the text alerts from GMP. I recommend Rob Stubbins to anyone that wants the job done right the first time and without being ignored by electricians that never even call you back. Thank you Rob Stubbins.

The Stubbins were nice people but management of the company was very unimpressive. I worked for them and like them but not the manager. Always sent me to places with little information and then would throw me under the bus with customers. The pay was under rate pay no benefits and they wanted you to work overtime constantly and when weather was bad you would lose overtime. Would not recommend the management but a great bunch of guys.
