I received a quote from them and they later called me saying he forgot to minus the rebate of $300.00. I called them after I paid the full amount of 3195.00, they stated they were in the process of sending out the rebates. I called them again two weeks and the said the quote included the rebate. I feel the were very dishonest about the rebate and I would never use a company that is dishonest.

Amazing service! My furnace went out over a cold weekend and other companies were ready to charge me $900 to just show up. We waited until Monday and cheerful tech came by in less than 3 hours after I called. He explained problem and fixed immediately. He proceeded to do some preventative work as well. I could not ask for more. Thanks for warm house.

Amazing service and reasonable price. They always call back or answer fast and are polite and helpful. I had tenants without heat when their boiler failed. Doug with red rock happened to be in the area and had the problem fixed within an hour. My tenants we happy and so was I! Fast forward a few months. I have another issue with a property I manage late at night on a Friday. I text Doug because his is the contact information I have on hand. He gets back to me right away and let's me know it is his day off but very politely gives me the number of his main office line to call. His co worker Curt arrives same day to help. Their communication is awesome as is their service. Thank you Red Rock!

Red Rock Mechanical responded to my phone call the day I called them. I had called two others, beginning Monday with no luck. I called Red Rock Thursday, and my Baxi was making hot water and heat Thursday night! Technician Tim Soule, is top notch. I am beyond happy, to know I have Red Rock Mechanical, to service my Baxi.

Red Rock rebuilt our heating system. It turns out the duct work and cold air returns were not properly installed when the house was built in the early'70s. The technicians who worked on our house were pros and what a difference. The house is much warmer and the furnace does not run nearly as often. THANK YOU!
