Water was leaking through a crack in my foundation on Saturday. I called them Monday morning and they had an EXCELLENT rep at my house at noon. They worked with me on a few different options and were able to get the work done two days later. Everyone at this company is friendly and professional and I give them my highest recommendation.

They do what they say they will do, without flaking out, or raising the price half way through. Sadly that’s not true for that many contractors. Wish we could hire them for pretty much all our house stuff. They fixed our garage wall that was tilting in, re roofed the garage, and put in a big sump pump in our basement.

I had a great experience with Northern Basement Systems. I had a system installed by Green Mountain Basement Solutions who apparently went out of business. I was never very impressed with them in the first place. So I called Northern Basements to have them come in and go through my system to ensure it was installed correctly and get any recommendations they may have. The Technician was wonderful. My girlfriend really enjoyed working with him, he explained everything to her and gave us a lot of options. He left brochures and information for me to review when I got home. Overall the whole experience from start to finish was very professional and I look forward to working with them more in the future. Highly recommended.
