Unreliable plumber. Bill Lohsen came to our home in Pawlet to fix the AC that was leaking badly. Drained the hose from the living room (second floor) to the main unit in the garden and told us the problem was resolved. An hour later we had a bad leak again. When we called him he said, “it’s the tray. I will call you tomorrow. For the next 3 days he didn’t return our phone calls but sent us a bill for $88. We had to called High Tech Plumbing in East Dorset. They came within the hour and fixed the AC. The Tech told us they have 4 Tech’s on staff that service old AC’s. The AC works great and doesn’t leak. They will be our plumber.
