Andrew himself came on Memorial to connect my new Natural Gas BBQ, then fixed my Gas boiler that was leaking and did some trouble shooting for my Nest thermostat. After attempting to install a Nest thermostat on my own, I ended up without heat. I found Andrew's number online and he immediately began to help troubleshoot over the phone. He went so far as to FaceTime me while he walked me through wiring. When we couldn't get it to work over the phone, Andrew was able to come to my house that same afternoon. He fixed the problem quickly and charged me a VERY reasonable rate (especially given the almost immediate service). I highly recommend Andrew!

Andrew Stevens pulled out our old, all-but-dead 17-year-old on-demand hot water heater and replaced it with this sleek new Rennai, also on-demand and propane-fueled. He did the work ahead of schedule, below estimate, and came back to troubleshoot a minor issue the next day. He was prompt to return calls and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Our heating system was found defective and needed to be replaced. We received a prompt response to our call to Andrew Stevens Heating & Gas Services. Andrew was at our home within two hours to begin removal of the broken heater as well as the hot water tank and replacement with a new NTI combination high efficiency system. He was able to answer all our questions and provide us with hot water the same day. Andrew is not only personable and helpful, he is also very knowledgeable and competent. We were impressed with his attention to detail. We were also impressed with his desire to accomplish the work with as little disruption as possible. We feel he goes the extra mile to take care of details. When the work was completed, the entire work area was left in a clean and satisfactory condition.
