We love our new home here, and everyone has been so unbelievably kind and helpful. Lane Mackay was an absolute saint to work with throughout the sales process, and he constantly checked in with us and gave us updates. We felt like he truly cared. And he helped get us the best deal imaginable. The superintendent is so friendly and helpful. And the warranty people have already been great as we had one tiny hiccup. Overall, we're so grateful for a beautiful new home in such a great location.

Pretty poor quality homes, two of the spec homes had water in them, major porch cracking, unbelievably shoddy/uneven tile work. The floorplans of the homes themselves are really nice, it's just unfortunate that the quality is so poor.

Ivory claims to build a home that comes with a warranty.... but it's a nightmare to get them to come out once you've closed on your home. The grading on our lot needs to be fixed. We've sent out several requests, but still no response! I'll update my review once action is taken.
