The neighborhood is well kept and feels safe to go out jogging at any time. The builder itself DR horton is not so great. Yes house plans are nice but the building process with the construction manager was horrendous. Numerous mistakes had to be pointed out several times to be corrected. If you dont pay attention they will give you a badly finished product because they care more about quantity than quality. More houses are being built in a shorter period of time with less emphasis on quality of each house bc they are trying to finish the last sections of this neighborhood. I'm rating the neighborhood 5/5. The builder 3/5.

Okay so is this place all it's cracked up to be I've looked at so many houses here I was wanting to build or purchase an inventory home, I love that all of the schools are located inside of the neighborhood makes it real family friendly it's got a great location.

I had great experience with D R Horton. The inventory home is nice with good finish and essential feature upgrades, for a very reasonable price. The builder was proactive in addressing the issues raised by our inspector. After closing, the builder even protested against HCAD on our behalf to lower the property assessment for the first year. Would definitely recommend.

Sales person Tracey Meyers has made the buying process with DR Horton incredibly unpleasant. She's terrible, rude, demanding, unresponsive (by all means) and overall has made the entire ordeal miserable. I recommend asking for a different sales person or having your realtor deal with them directly. I'm not evening picking up my key to my own new house because I don't want to interact with her. Sad. If it weren't for my realtor intervening I would spend my money elsewhere.

Loved the model homes here and the staff made us feel welcomed and right at home. They were very attentive and even had a great light snack spread. Great new buyer incentives. The sales rep was so nice it made us change our mind for our builder of our first home.

New homes, quiet so far. Nice distance from the city but market and shopping areas near by. This is what I love about Texas they build up a community within a community with schools in the neighborhood.

Nice homes but if your gonna spend 400k+ it would be best if u turned to a level 2 builder.
