12/19/18 got here since 7:30am till 4pm the guy tell me to untrap, but the folk like guy never come. The folk lift is here idling, but nobody use it. And they remodeling the place too.

A lil slow letting people into the gate but once you're in the facility they unload you and send out the gate promptly and safely. It can get kind of crowded though. Plan ahead if making a delivery or pick up.

The forklift operators are either really good and respectful or they walk into you and not give you the time day. Second if you plan on running pallet loads out of here, be prepared to wait and wait at the window, then get yelled at by the office lady for waiting. Third the office lady is rude as hell, instead of talking to you as a person she talks down to you. Fourth don't waist your time bringing pallets back to them they say you don't get paid for the back haul.

Things have gotten a little better as far as wait time goes since the opening of their 2nd yard across town. Staff is as unhelpful as can be and act like they don’t know English once it’s time to help or do something productive.
