Not only did they come in at the lowest bid, they also were the most flexible with the start date and the completion date was a lot sooner than the others. Their customer service is outstanding- from the initial bid to the end of the project they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the everything. They accommodated my needs (I had to push the project back a week) and completed the job way before I expected them to.

I hired Certapro to paint the exterior of my house. Overall the quality I would rate as a 7. They were the most expensive contractor I had bid the work but I thought based on my walk-around with one of their pros the job would be done right......I was wrong. numerous call-backs to have "little" annoying misses fixed (my back door still is peeling. I now know it is oil and they covered with latex. the house was new to us so I would not have known this. they never did a quick test to see if latex or not). Much of my trim had missed spots or within 3-4 months had the same mildew spots bleeding through the "new" paint job. They promised to replace any rotten trim and didn't. Just puttied over and painted which is now falling off. For what it cost I would not hire again.

We had a great experience with Anthony and his crew from CertaPro. They were able to get out to our place and provide an estimate for the trim that we needed painted within a day. Scheduling for the job was within just over a week as well and they had very competitive pricing. My husband was concerned about proper sealing and caulking of the area before painting, but they did a great job of both sealing and matching the trim that we already had painted on the house. We are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good paint job!

This company is fantastic! I needed my whole house painted because I was putting it up for sale. We had lived there over 25 years and were smokers. They gave me a reasonable bid plus military discount. Three days later the job was finished and on the final walkthrough when I noticed minor problem, it was fixed immediately. I cannot say enough good things about CertaPro Painters of NE San Antonio. We got several bids for our project and CertaPro was right in line with the pricing in our area. We chose them based on their good name and I'm glad we did. The team that they sent to my house was phenomenal. They worked great together, they were extremely efficient, they had great attitudes, were very respectful, and they got the job done FAST! We have a two-story home and they knocked out the power washing, caulking, priming, and painting, including separate trim and door colors in under two work days in spite of the weather not cooperating. This group went above and beyond to make this project completely stress free for me and I would highly recommend them for your next painting project.

Certa Pro Painters are ''OUTSTANDING''. From the first call to them to Paint our home, they were TOTALLY professional and dedicated to scheduling the job in a timely manner and one that met our expectations. The ONLY downside, was Mother Nature and ruining their first scheduled day by raining. They rescheduled immediately and finished the job. They met our expectations and we cheerfully recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE that we talk to about them. Finished up and did a walkthrough with us to enrsure that we were COMPLETELY SATISFIED with their work. I wrote a review about the guy who came 11:30 but showed up at 12 no apologies walked around took pictures did the whole walk through if you’re a professional and if you’re not willing to do anything then you have been doing it for the many years you have been doing it you know if you’re to lazy and only pick the easy jobs they deleted my comment I wonder why if I had a bad experience with a customer I would want it to be honest but there not honest people cause they deleted my review so why would a professional company delete it he could have responded with why he didn’t want to do the work he shows up late spends 45 minutes so I sent him a text asking him if he had an idea of what it would cost and this was his response I’m blue he’s grey I have not. I don't know if the project would be one we would be able to take on at time So later he oh this was at 5 when I sent my text So he could have said something right from the jump I cannot be able to do this and give off the reasons as to why his excuse was we would have to check it for lead I’ll let you read his text His response It's unfortunate you feel that way. However there are many things to take into consideration. Such as the home being built in 1941 which means there could be lead paint. We are not lead paint certified He never even asked has the house been painted before before I bought the house they sanded it down to eliminate the lead paint and I had my friend repaint the house he did a lead test and it passed I honestly believe that they thought that my house was not good enough for them to paint my house I have $12,000 in my savings account I rather just do it myself I went to Sherman Williams I can buy all the equipment that I would need to so I said you know what everything I need is $1,500 and that’s one of the top name brand graco just the machine is 987 and they told me that they would help me on the price of the paint I can mess up it doesn’t matter if I do cause I owe my house I WANT TO SEE HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS REVIEW STAY ON THERE REVIEWS CAUSE THEY DELETED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WHY WOULD A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT UNLESS THEY ONLY WANT WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SEE THE GOOD REVIEWS BUT THIS IS NOT A LIE WHAT I POSTED IS THE ACTUAL EVENT THAT HAPPENED I GAVE HIM 4 HOURS BEFORE I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD ANY IDEA OF MORE OR LESS 4 HOURS IS WAY MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO GIVE OUT A QUOTE IF THEY DELETE THIS REVIEW I WILL KEEP ON POSTING MY REVIEW CAUSE I DON’T WANT YOU TO WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT DELETED MY REVIEW THAT SHOWS YOU WHAT THEY ARE REALLY ABOUT NOT YOU BUT THEMSELVES AND HOW MUCH MORE MONEY THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT OF YOU AND ONCE THERE DONE YOU WONT EVER SEND YOU A THANK YOU CARD FOR BEING HONEST PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT HONEST THERE GREEDY

First off, I usually don’t give 5 star ratings. I feel that regardless of the service there is always something that can be improved. With Certa-Pro I make an exception. After getting quotes from 6 different companies Certa-Pro was by far the most reasonable. The service was outstanding from the initial contact to the end of the project. Working with Angelo was very easy. He explained all the details AND provided a detailed bid (something other companies said they could not do). This allowed us to know exactly what we were paying for. They were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The painters were great guys with great customer service. They explained things and did a job that can only be described as damn near perfect. I am a very very fussy person but can not rave enough about the quality of the job. I will, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for painters.

Did an excellent job. They know their business. Originally where going to spray paint trim but realized overspray would affect other paint on house. Foremen elected to hand paint to alleviate any problems.

As a builder I've dealt with many, many painting contractors . . . NONE have been more professional. The bid process was quick and easy. The workers, both interior and exterior, were neat, friendly and happy as they did their work. They protected areas not to be painted and respectful of our home. Before they left, they made sure we were happy with their work. The cost was reasonable . . . better said, CertaPro provides a great value and enjoyable experience. We already know the next areas of our home we want them to address.

CertaPro Painters came out to the house to begin the initial estimate and were very professional right from the start. We had a large interior painting job for all ceilings, walls baseboards/trim, doors and crown moulding in a 3000 sq. ft. house.
