From a personal perspective, this company has a unique corporate culture with very few employees hustling about. Depending on your job position and how much you're tasked to do it is a relatively easy going place to work. Everyone at this company is welcoming an the few I had a chance to meet in my department wanted to make sure I was at ease. Honestly I would recommend this company to recent graduates or those looking to begin working in a corporate environment.

Used to be a great company, they got too big too fast and lost the "famly" and "loyalty" they once showed thier hard working team members. The owner is a good man but too disconnected from the field employees and is being led to believe things that are not true. The light of truth will shine bright and regret will follow.
