I have seen American Landscape Systems taking care of our neighborhoods common space. While they do a good job in high traffic areas (i.e. model homes, high traffic common space like the clubhouse, etc.); they fall very short in other areas that just homeowners would see. Trees are often dead, grass lacks water and dies off and bushes are overgrown.

Former employee that held a low level management position. I really enjoyed my time with ALS, and I was fortunate to learn a lot from my supervisors. This is a very well organized company, and focuses on bettering the landscape construction industry. Also, a very helpful company when it comes to developing their employees. I would recommend ALS for employment.

I'm a former employee and the management staff Is second to none Mr. Bevilacqua is a great guy very passionate about his work and a very good leader I enjoyed the position I held there very much it was like a family that is what career environment is supposed to be like.

I live in Viridian, one of American Landscape Systems accounts they manage. They correct issues for a short period and then allow the same issues to arise again. When you question them or ask for details, their PM is combative and their owner is unresponsive. In the last email communication , their PM said "do not email me again". Issues with irrigation, dead grass and dying plants has been an ongoing issue for the 4 years I have been here.

if I could leave 0 stars I would. This place will treat you like the dirt they move if you are not Hispanic. Poor management to say the least.
