I have to say I loved my home when it was first painted because it went from a stale off white stucco to a gray stucco. Obviously a drastic change. Now not loving it so much. No one ever walked around the property with me to make sure everything was complete and to my full satisfaction. My home is stucco and I was told repairs would be done and they were included in my price. Looking at the back of my house, I’m seeing a lot of spots painted over that needed to be repaired. The chimney has damaged spots that were also painted over. Way over priced for the job that was done.

I had an amazing experience with CertaPro painters of North Nashville. They came out for an estimate soon after I contacted them, which ended up being entirely accurate! The painters were professional, and did an amazing job! Throughout the entire project the office staff stayed in contact with me and made sure that everything was taken care of!!! I will definitely be using them again, and we'll refer anybody to them!

I am giving CertaPro an outstanding rating because they rectified problems that began with the first painters who started the project. After my frustration and concern for the issues that were created, Nick and Joseph assured me that every problem would be fixed. They brought in a new painter--Chris--and he was excellent. He started from the beginning and re-did the bad work of the previous painters and now my house looks great. Thanks to the skill and workmanship of Chris and the integrity and professionalism of Nick and Joseph, I feel justified in my rating.

Very easy to coordinate with. They called when they were on their way and once they got there. They finished the job in half a day and it looks incredible. Also very affordable and we will definitely use them again.

Very rude office manager. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. There are a lot of other great painters out there. This is a franchise that is all about themselves and not the consumer.

Nick and his CertaPro staff did a fantastic job on our backyard fence. They responded to our service inquiry promptly and explained the benefits of their service in a way that my wife and I appreciated. They were flexible in scheduling an on-site inspection which was important to us due to our busy work schedules. Shortly after receiving a quote, Nick had his staff at our house working on the project. The painting was completed in one day and looked great. We would definitely use Nick and his team again for any painting needs.
