We hired this company for an exterior repaint, my wife who speaks fluent Spanish over hears the workers talking about how they are worried about being deported for not having a green card and or visa. Little did these guys know our windows were wide open and they had no idea she spoke fluent Spanish. We are ticked off because the salesman was a professional american.. we just assumed the employees would be as well. after we signed the contract they sent illegal mexicans to our home!! there is no telling what or who these guys are. This made us very uncomfortable. The work they completed was sloppy but passable, however it was not good by any means. we will never call them again.

I had Nicole and she made me feel at ease immediately. She understood exactly what we wanted. Nicole was very accommodating than we expected. She was friendly and she cleaned as she went. Very professional. I will always ask for Nichole. She can lay paint on without taping off. She has several ideas if you ask. She works quietly and effectively. Great painter and she works fast. Most of all she wants to make her clients happy. I highly recommend her.

I was directed to CertaPro through Home Advisor. I was a little skeptical at first because I never used Home Advisor, but this has proven to be a great experience for me. First of all the CertaPro estimator, Mary, showed up for the appointment on time which impressed me, and after she wrote the estimate, I emailed her with some additional questions which she answered promptly and professionally. The paint crew was very neat and professional, and I am 100% satisfied and would use them again.

CertaPro did a fantastic job of painting over a previously striped bedroom. When sanding alone didn't do the job, they skim coated the entire room. CertaPro paid a lot of attention to thr details and was always there if we had any questions. Hire these guys!

We hired CertaPro for quite a large interior paint job and some exterior. They sent out 1 guy to do an estimate and while we weren't in a rush to complete our project, getting the actual estimate and on the schedule was ridiculously slow. They recognized that the gentleman who was doing these estimates wasn't keeping up and believe replaced him with another estimator who had to come back out and do another one. We should have seen these red flags and made a different choice but hired them anyway. I believe it was 3 or so days before the job was done. After they left we started noticing the sloppy work; there are tiny brush spray splatters on our stairs, cointertops, flooring, misses, outright lazy and sloppy mistakes. We raised our concerns and they sent out the lead guy to correct which was a good faith gesture but we still continue to find brush slop on trim, and places where they just flat out didn't go over. They also left overspray all around the garage on our newly cleaned and sealed aggregate driveway. I think we ended up getting $100 knocked off our total bill which was laughable. Based on this experience we've had another company come and do work for us for a very reasonable price with better quality work. I'd never hire this company again and have steered other folks clear of their unprofessional work. Others have left positive reviews so perhaps we just had a bad crew but also don't feel the owners matched our sense of urgency when we expressed our dissatisfaction and for how much the job was. So disappointed and it's been over a year.

Meredith, what can I say.....Meredith was very polite, knowlegable, and easy to work with. When measuring each room, she took time to both answer and asked questions regarding the project. She took notes about each room adding anything I had to offer. At the end, she compiled all her information and showed me the quote detailing everything that will be done. I have worked with her again on a possible future project. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have their house painted.

Back in 2008 I contracted with Certapro to paint the exterior of my home in Brentwood.I agreed to use their recommended ten year warranty product. After ten years there were no signs of blistering or peeling. It was beginning show signs of fading in spots. I called Certapro back for an estimate to repaint.The sales person was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable.I asked they bid my job using a similar ten year warranted product. I was surprised (and pleased) to find this bid was very close to the same price I had paid in 2008. I signed up and the guys showed up on time as promised. They prepared the surfaces to perfection and set about their work. They were polite, respectful and real artists! The job was completed ahead of schedule and try as I may, couldn't find anything to complain about.If I live long enough (ten years) to need repainting, I will certainly be calling the good folks at Certapro. It has been a pleasure for me to write this note.

I recently had CertaPro Painters of Nashville paint the interior my 1,600sf townhome, and I could not have been more impressed. We did walls, ceilings, trim... basically, if you could see it, it was painted. Price wise, CertaPro nearly matched every quote that I got from a lot of fly-by-night operations. However, since I'm very security-conscious, I wanted a company I could trust that would stand by their work and be completely bonded/insured. Marcos was my site leader for the week. He arrived promptly when he said he was going to and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. Literally, I gave him a key and my temporary alarm code, and he let himself in and out while keeping my house secured. I even went out of town for a few days while the crews were inside, and I slept soundly knowing my home was secure and the crews were able to do their jobs. A few days after the job was completed, I noticed a few spots that needed touch ups. I emailed the office, and within a day, Marcos came back out and fixed everything quickly. They really do stand behind their work. I could not recommend these guys any more. Jerry, Kelly, and their sales staff walked me through the straight-forward pricing, and their crews care about the job. Don't look anywhere else - just talk to these folks!

Can’t say enough about CertaPro. When deciding to paint the exterior of our home, we researched several paint service companies. Many were either way over priced or did not do smaller jobs. Luckily, one of those calls were to CertaPro. I had a tight budget, but wanted a quality job from a reputable painting company. Certapro was both. The were able to work with my time frame and started my job very quickly. May have been within the week. I don’t remember exactly, but it was quick. The process was fast. Only took a couple days or so. Including pressure washing and clearing off the old paint. They even caulked any holes that they encountered. They even came back to do any touch ups that we requested. Recently, I called about some paint flaking. The owners came out to look at it. Yes, believe it or not, the actual owners of the company came out to personally check it out with other crew members. Turns out it was some gutter issues causing the problem. Even though it was not a paint problem, they offer to come repaint the damages area once the guttered were re-secured. Well that’s my experience. I plan to use again for other future painting needs. Hope my experience helps in your decision making. Brian

We needed to paint our master bedroom and bathroom and all trim. We tried to take the wallpaper off the walls in our bathroom, but it was a disaster. We called CertaPro. They came out quickly and gave us a competitive price to repair the walls, prep and paint both rooms. I must say that I am a perfectionist when it comes to painting. I have tried other painting companies in the past, but they just don't do as good of a job as I would like. Well they did an excellent job! The trim lines were straight as an arrow and the walls very smooth. They cleaned up each day and I never saw any dust or debris. I would definitely use them for all my painting needs!

Our office had contracted CertaPro of Nashville to come out and paint our entire office internally. We were very dissatisfied with the company and its service. The work that was done was very sloppy, lack of communication between the Salesmen and the workers therefore making this project very disruptive to the office environment. They agreed that the Scope of Work was achievable to only find out that they had no idea how to handle an office with Cubicles. It was a mess. Our furniture was damaged and yet no one would take responsibility. The Salesman we had negotiated the contract with QUIT the first week of the project. Needless to say this project did not go seamless. I think this company took on a bigger project than they could handle. I would not recommend this company.
