Mitch Zaretsky, CertaPro Painters, knows his business and offers a great price for the job done. He's easy to work with. I appreciated all patience extended to me as his client and felt he sent out his best crew when we finally hit upon what we were doing and timeline in which we were doing it. The crew he sent out did really good work & finished before expected them to. They were easy to talk to about outcomes, friendly, prompt with arrival, and helpful. They had an immediate response to any questions or concerns on site and represented Mitch well. Also, just a sidebar for women, they were very respectful of our home, of my family, and we all felt very safe having these men around, painting and updating window casings and such all week. They were also really cool about my letting dogs out. They didn't have to make that concession but they did. They were very CLEAN and broke nothing. This wasn’t the extent of what they accomplished in a week plus. The other stuff matters more in my opinion; however, if you are looking for a fair price for a paint job on or inside your home, and you need a respectful hard-working crew to do it with a fast turn-around, you can be sure this group will be clean and careful as well.

I have used Certa Pro of East Memphis for 12 years. They are the only painters that I will let work at my home and Mitch and his crew always do a fabulous job. Mitch's prices are more than fair and his crew shows up ON TIME, every day and they stay until the job is done. They also clean up the entire area after they are finished. They have painted the outside of my house twice and spend a couple of days doing just prep work including replacing rotten wood, caulking, power washing and sanding before they paint. They have also painted almost room inside, including all walls and trim. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work. A big plus is that many of Mitch's crew have been with him for years so I know a lot of the guys on a first name basis. They are honest, trustworthy and professional.

Terrific job on our unusual 1950s house! Mitch and Nikki were able to identify some key items on the exterior that needed to be repaired/replaced in an economic way without sacrificing aesthetics. In most cases the replacements and “fill-ins” actually improved the original design. Also- there was no noticeable excess spray or caulk on brick or metal elements of the home. Very meticulous work in a short timeframe. Will use for interior as well this year.

We have had three projects completed by CertaPro and were happy with each job. We find the price very competitive and the painters experienced and professional. The company is accommodating and works with us on some of the difficult issues, such as damaged dry wall requiring patching or rotten wood needing replacement. They fix and paint, and, for us, have completed the job quickly and with no problems.
