Overpriced for what was done

They showed up right away and took the time necessary to explain their recommendations and services. Our septic system backed up in our basement. My husband was treating for cancer at the time therefore it was imperative that it be decontaminated asap. Due to medical expenses, I also needed to keep the cost as low as possible. They were thorough and did everything they said they would do. Kim at SERVPRO didn't know me from Eve, yet when I called her to explain I couldn't pay the invoice within 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances, she trusted what I told her to be true and was so kind and compassionate toward my situation. This is a great company who does great service, with EXTREMELY GOOD PEOPLE running it. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Rapid City. If you aren't sure if they can help with your situation, I urge you to call them and trust what they tell you. They won't steer you wrong.
