After three years the driveway poured by “Quality First” is breaking up. I have photos but am not seeing how to display them. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I hired Quality First Concrete Inc. in 2015 to replace a large section of concrete in my driveway. Within the first year, my brand new cement had heaved and cracked. It rose almost three inches to the point where I am unable to use the snowblower on my driveway. Throughout many phone calls, voice mails, and texts back and forth, Butch, the owner, stated he would make sure it was repaired. Dealing with Butch felt very inappropriate. Many of the responses utilized pet-names and he would state, "Yes, sweetheart, we will take care of it". After continuously calling and requesting service to be completed for the last three years, he stopped returning my calls and would ignore all communication. There is no quality in their service or workmanship. There was no service after the sale. I would highly recommend seeking another concrete distributor.
