We recently had our hail damaged roof redone by Premier. Trevor Forch came out to assess the damage. Trevor impressed me with his knowledge and thorough explanation of the process. He worked directly with our insurance and even came out to meet the adjuster. Very responsive during the entire process. His crew was amazing. They started mid-morning and were done before dark. I was very impressed by the quality of work and the cleanup. Not sure how they did it but not one nail was left. I was very impressed by everyone I encountered with this company. Top notch. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

NO NO NO NO NO! Do NOT call this company unless you want poor workers with no experience working on your home. They have poor services, inflate bills and then try to lien your property for work they never did. These people are very untrustworthy and don't care about the final product, stay local with someone who stands behind their work!

We worked with Austin on new siding, roof, and gutters from a wind and hail damage insurance claim. He was wonderful and adjusted to my demanding work schedule to meet with us and help us select the styles and colors. The house looks beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments from neighbors. Austin was also very knowledgeable about codes and corrections that needed to be made to the insurance estimate. He worked directly with our insurance agency to ensure nothing was miscommunicated. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of work. We will absolutely call Austin again in the future.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Austin and Red were a pleasure to work with. A few weeks back we had a roof leak with shingle and siding damage and they repaired it promptly. More recently, they fixed some trim/siding damage after the Sioux Falls tornadoes. Even though damage was small (and that they were probably busy with bigger projects), Austin came the very same morning after the storms to assess the damage. Cannot recommend them enough.

Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Sent a bill out of the blue 2 years after service. We sent payment in March. They "lost" it until just now. They cashed it and then notified me they found it.

My experience with Premier was excellent! I called on a Saturday, left a message and got a call back right away, which I wasn't expecting on a weekend! Kelly was incredible to work with - so professional, got here when he said he would or texted to let me know when time had to be changed due to weather. His guys identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We had water coming in due to our air vents not being sealed properly (this was done before we purchased the home, NOT by Premier). The damage to the ceiling in our daughter's room will be costly and when Kelly heard this, he was so kind and didn't even charge us! It is so nice to know there is kindness at work in the world still. Thank you so much, Premier! I trusted Kelly and would recommend him and his crew whole heartedly!

Liars thieves and con artists! This company has come to Sioux City and wreaked havoc on many homeowners in the last 2 years. They try to steal money from insurance on work they never did, they put roofs over bad plywood and install gutters that fall off. Plus they provide different bills for services they never completed. Don't fall for these cons, they are UNSCRUPULOUS!!
