Excellent customer service! They definitely treat you like family and get the job in a timely and efficient way! Not only a respectable business but they give back to community! Not a fly by night business! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I contracted them do redo my roof and gutters for my house/ garage. they said it would be 6-8 weeks before they would get to my house.. 3 months later, they finally did the roof, however, did not order enough shingles to do my garage, so it took them another month to do that. Then they tried to tell me I did not contract them to do my gutters and after numerous phone calls and pointing out the price in my contract, they finally agreed to do them, they however only contracted out with their company to replace the down spouts instead of everything. After all of the work was done 6 months after they said it would be done, it took another 3 months to get the first bill. I would never recommend them. The best part of everything, they never did call ahead to let me know they were going to be working on my house, they would just randomly show up

Ryan is the best! We called him for a small shingle replacement, and he was at our home the next day repairing the roof. Super impressed with his timeliness, professionalism, and quality!!

I called up here in Watertown SD after hail damage and scheduled an appointment for estimate for 9:00AM, no one showed up or even called and it was for the roof, metal siding and windows on a 2 story house. If they dont show up for even an estimate, imagine hiring them...good luck.

Ryan showed up to do a roof inspection. Showed up on time and worked with our insurance company on getting our roof replaced. We had to get a second appraiser because the first one said we didn’t have any damage. Ryan marked the roof and met with the adjuster. Can’t say enough good things about the company.

We needed our roof inspected after the tornado came through, I called them on Tuesday and they came on Friday they were prompt and thorough with the inspection. Ryan was so kind and helpful. The girl in the office was also so so kind. I would totally call them again well worth my peace of mind

This company never answers their phone been trying to contact someone for a month. Had a sales guy here in the spring signed me up and never heard another word from this company....... Now my roof leaks and I’ve called numerous times with no response. I do not recommend using this company.

(The rest is another story due to the previous owners DIY job) I appreciate the honesty and while the roof is not need of replacement at this time, Mitchell Roofing will be my first call when needed! A recent wind storm blew a tree branch onto my roof and deck area. One phone call got Ben over and he got rid of the branch (it was very icy) and made sure my roof was sound before leaving--all at no charge. I was very impressed and will call them to do any future repairs.
