As an owner of Real Property Management Express, I received this note from our maintenance coordinator: "As I am doing billing this morning, I saw a note from the tech who repaired the AC at a property. Read the note listed 7/12/18. "NOTE: condensate trap broke while replacing board; replace trap at no charge, considered warranty." This is a prime example of extreme ownership! The system is well over 10 years old and is likely rusty and prone to breaking.. The fact that they didn't call and try to sell us the part after it broke and just took ownership of the problem is phenomenal. These are the types of people we want to do business with! :)" Keep up the good work!
