We had a water pipe break in our upstairs bathroom. A crew was at our house within a few hours of coming home and finding the break. The crew was great. They were very helpful about giving us information about the clean up process. They stayed in constant communication with us daily. They were always on time and texted us when they arrived at the house and when they left the house. They always responsed very quickly when we had a question.

Servpro of Rock Hill & York County are truly God sent before I contacted them I reached out to several cleaning companies and they gave me the run around and could care less about restoring my home. But when I called Servpro of Rock Hill & York County they were understanding and they comforted me when I lost some of my most valuable possessions in my house fire. My daughter stopped her sink up on the second floor and flooded her bathroom which made its way through our ceiling on the first floor. I called Servpro and Collin and his team came out that evening to assess and start the process of drying out the drywall. The service was fast and courteous! I appreciate them coming out so fast to stop the spread of any further damage. I highly recommend this company!

Collin Boozer was very courteous and professional kept me up-to-date with what they were doing answered all my questions even when I asked them more than once and all his crew was courteous as well he kept in contact with text messages to let me know what was going on and to ask me any questions. We had a horrible experience with Servpro. After suffering a fire over 2 weeks ago they never produced an estimate even after coming out to assess 3 times. They blamed their lack of providing an estimate on the insurance company. Their story and promises are not to be believed. Collin and Justin are irresponsible, unprofessional and lack compassion. They wasted 2 weeks of our time during a critical and horrible experience for us; a fire!

These guys rock. Chris came out and looked at our issue to give us an estimate. He was prompt and very professional. He couldn't help with everything we needed, but while he was here he took care of some minor issues. He didn't even charge us a service call! He gave us a referral to another company that does duct work to fix our other issues. I would highly recommend these guys.
