Had a roof leak at one of my rental properties in Columbia. Serv Pro was contacted and they remediated the mold issue and repaired the damages in a very timely fashion at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend them again for any job I need!!! Thanks guys!!

Had a wonderful experience when in need of some serious deep carpet cleaning. I have a small child and multiple animals that offer a lot of accidents occurring sometimes. They were quick and my carpets looked beautiful and smelled good when they left. Thank you Servpro of Richland County.

These people are awful, rude and very hard to deal with. Additionally they work against the customer rather than for to appease the insurance company I suspect although I cannot prove this they do it to get consideration for future work. Which would explain why the insurance company referred them in the first place. I only called them because my insurance company suggested it had I known their purpose was to help the insurance company and not me the customer, I would have made another choice. Actions speak volumes and their actions with handling my case would lead one to believe they are working for the insurance company rather then the customer. I will never again in my life use them. Philip is hard to deal with and doesn't even allow you to ask questions or talk without blowing up on the customer and rudely hanging up. If they are questioned about anything it is met with a rude response. I had a legitimate concern and called to ask a question and instead of him answering it he blew up and made accusations. Items were removed from my home that were not catalogued so my question to him was are there any other items that this happened with. He mentioned items were placed in the dumpster so I asked him what and also stated the dumpster was removed so how would I know what was placed there and he got upset. When you suffer a fire loss these details are important and I'm sorry I trusted them. Additionally a laptop computer was removed from my home that I asked questions about and has never surfaced. This happened while they were at my home. They also left my home unsecured over the weekend when they were there to remove items and when I came to my house that Saturday windows downstairs were up which would have allowed anyone access to the home. Horrible experience I would not recommend them to anyone every again. If it were possible to give less than a one I would!!!

One of my pipe burst in my bathroom and flooded my whole downstairs. Jawan and his crew responded quickly. He really help me understand what was going to happen while he was here and what was going to happen when he leave. Their personality was so up lifting, doing my time of need and I’m just so glad we decided to go with ServPro of Richland County, they really are the best of the best!!!! Very quick response time and professional service! Had a house fire caused by electrical issues last Friday and ServePro sent out someone first thing Saturday to get my power back on. They setup a plan to get the remediation process started and handled all the scheduling and repairs. Very friendly and sincere staff that actually cares about you as a person, never felt like I was just another service call. 10/10 would recommend again

We had a pipe burst above our kitchen which caused the ceiling to collapse. There was insulation and pieces of the ceiling left on our back porch. We were told they would come back and pick it up. Twice. The 2nd time was by Zach Lemacks. I called him again to figure out why they aren’t coming back and while I was in the middle of talking, he hung up on me. Very poor customer service and I would never recommend this company. Take your business elsewhere.

During the middle of June 2013 I contacted Servpro of Richland County to get advice about maintaining the carpet in Blythewood's new conference and community center. I spoke with Servpro representative Phillip Nave about establishing a annual maintenance regimen for the facility. Mr. Nave was very professional and provided information about Servpro's range of services and made a recommendation based on our unique situation and specific needs. On June 18, 2013 the Servpro crew arrived and did an amazing job with the initial cleaning process at our facility. We have also scheduled additional cleaning on an "as needed" basis through 2014. We are looking forward to our on-going relationship with the professionals at Servpro. of Richland County Booth Chilcutt and Kirk Wilson, Town of Blythewood, SC

Whew! Where do I start? Having water damage requiring your entire first floor to be ripped up, including drywall is quite traumatic! From the first interaction with the GM, Phillip N., to the hard work and efficiency displayed by Jawan W., and crew, I was put at ease. Jawan kept me updated, explained in detail the process and never was annoyed by ALL of my questions. He checked on us over the weekend and Mother’s Day! I look forward to the post construction clean up process and putting all of this mess behind me. I will definitely recommend them for all service needs.

Great Experience! Long read, but worth it if you really need to know what you're getting. I suffered a loss to my home from an upstairs bathroom on the morning of September 13th. Initially, I was not aware of the amount of damage, so I began ferociously trying to clean up the water myself. Shortly after, I realized that the loss was too great. I googled water mitigation companies after speaking with a claims representative at my insurance company and found Sevepro of Richland County among many other businesses. I read the reviews and most were good, but there were a few not so good ones. Ultimately, I did not have a choice but to call one and so I called and spoke with a representative who took my information and said someone would be contacting me. That made me a little uneasy because there was no definite time of when I would get the call and the water was coming down harder and harder into my downstairs living area. Needless to say, someone contacted me within the hour. I believe it was just an hour, but my adrenaline was pumping so hard, I'm a little sketchy on the specific timing. I received a call from Zach of Servpro confirming my address and letting me know that they were on the way. I continued to clean and try to dry up the mess because the insurance company instructed me to limit the amount of damage, as that was my duty. By this time, I had dried up most of the water that was pooring into my living room area and felt a little comfort that I no longer had this big pool of water in my house. Upstairs was another story, but that would be dealt with later. At the very moment that I finished downstairs, my cell phone rang. I answered the call and simultaneously, the entire ceiling caved in almost hitting me in my head. I immediately lost it. I began sobbing uncontrollably. I know this because I was not able to stop crying as Zach sat on the other line trying to console me because he was calling to say they were pulling up. I remember him telling me that it was going to be okay and that they were there to take care of the mess for me. That meant a great deal to me, as I felt helpless at that vvery moment. I didn't understand how this could happen to me again since I had just suffered a water loss less than a year ago and replaced all the flooring and part of the ceiling in my house and incurred a huge cost.The entire time that Zach and Pete were in my house, it felt like they were a couple of neighbors that came over to help. They were kind as they explained the process to me step by step.. They played with my dog and reassured me that all would be okay. I understand fully that this is a business and they were there to do a job, but it really made a difference to me that they were so kind and it felt genuine.
