Neal and Culler Roofing are professional and do what they say they are going to do. They do honest work in a timely manner. I had no issues or problems reaching Neal when I had a question or concern. I’ve heard horror stories from people when they replaced their roof, but I had absolutely no problems with Culler Roofing. I’ll be using Culler Roofing the next time I need a roof that’s for sure.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.! THEY ARE 100 PERCENT ILLEGAL because there are not licensed and do not pull permits, also destroyed my roof and leaks after one year installation! Neal has lied to me since the day that nightmare came into my home.

Thanks to Neal and Culler our roof has been rescued! Our old metal roof was clanking and banging around and leaked around the chimney. The only roofing company to correctly diagnose the problem was Culler! Now we have a gorgeous new light metal roof and it is a peaceful home. Saving on energy and the neighbors are impressed! They quickly came to inspect our roof issues and really looked beyond the surface to make sure the problem was completely fixed. The contractor they sent out to do the work was efficient, timely, and kind and did a fantastic job with our roof repair. The issue was deeper than expected, but he had everything that he needed to repair it quickly and we are so grateful! Culler Roofing was great to work with. They replaced a metal section of my roof where I was having some leaks due to the age of the original roof. They came in and repaired several areas and everything looks great. We had a huge rain storm the very next day after they were done and I am happy to report there were no issues. Always very approachable, fair, honest, and on-time, and the finished products were top-notch. On a separate occasion, Neal provided a professional second opinion on my own home for a home inspection at no cost and no pressure. He even squeezed himself through a narrow 2x2 grungy tunnel to get himself up into our attic to assess our roof to provide very helpful feedback. He wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time!! Roof was old but did not leak before Culler Roofing put on new roof. Used Atlas shingles which I absolutely did NOT want - was the reason I chose him over another roofer, the other roofer quoted Atlas. Have since had huge leak around chimney and both skylights. They destroyed my very expensive gutters. I wish I could post a picture of what their attempt to make the gutters look right. Let's put it this way, had I not gone up and checked behind them, my gutter would have fallen off eventually because all the leaves would have accumulated in there as they cut a 1/2" to 3/4" gap between the gutter guard and the roof making the gutter guard useless. The worst part was Neal's defense of his workers instead of "Oh my, this is not how you fix a gutter." Scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 1. Find another roofer.
