Adrian was great! He listened to our needs and our wants. Told us what he would recommend or things he thought we could go without. He worked with us on the price so we were all happy. He had his guys come back to fix a rotted piece of wood on the fascia even after they already laid out all the shingles, so everything looks new. Even before he could have his guys come out to actually replace the roof-he came out to patch a hole/leak so we wouldnt get an additional internal water damage. All of this was because of the bad winter 2014-2015, we can go into the next winter with assurance that our roof and home is safe. New roof, new power vent, and new venting in the front and back. I contacted Ferreira for a quote on my roof, I own a single family home. The person that came to my house was not an employee of Ferreira but one of their contractors. The guy that showed up said that he was asked to come to my house 3 days before our scheduled appointment. Nobody from Ferreira bothered to call and tell me of this change. I received quotes from 5 companies for my roof. Everyone that came by talked to us for 30-60 minutes regarding the roof, options, etc. However, the Ferreira representative spent 2 minutes talking to us before he took his ladder out and measured our roof. When he was done measuring, he said someone would send us a quote and left. He was at my house for 10 minutes. Also, it's been 2 weeks since they came by my house and I still don't have a quote. They didn't even bother sending me a quote. I left work early to meet with them and they wasted my time. Don't waste your time with this company.

We used Ferreira two times recently. Once for a flat roof replacement and a another time for a large old house. Ferreira coordinated the flat roof removal and installation with the other contractor doing construction and everything came off w/o a hitch and on time. They know flat roofing! The second job was a roof replacement on an old house. The team coordinated w tenants and neighbors for equip access and trash removal. They replaced roof framing as needed as well as trim and matched the existing siding. In both cases Ferriera showed expertise and did high quality work. They coordinated with other parties as needed w/o my intervention. Also, they did a good job cleaning up and were always pleasant and easy to work with.

When we called him, he came down to give us a quote and explained everything to us up front. Explained our choices on shingles and warranty information. He has many years of experience in the business. His team is very good at what they do. The team showed up around 8 am and completed the job along with cleanup around 12:30. Very efficient and professional team. His team did a wonderful job. The roof has been great since the shingles have been installed. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the work performed recently by Ferreira Roofing. We had a leak as a result of ice dams from the 2014-2015 winter, but it seemed to go away when the ice did. We had an issue again in the late fall 2015 and started making calls for a repair. We had a lot of no shows and a few quotes that were what seemed to be extremely high. When Adrian came to inspect the roof, he took pictures and showed us where the problem was, and what he thought should be done to fix it. We had to wait a bit for the work because he was so busy, but it was worth it. It turned out the problem was far larger than it appeared.....the crew stepped up and managed to replace the entire roof, re-build a main beam, replace several rafters, and plywood in just 2 days. The cost for the total job was less than some of the quotes we received for just a repair.....and the roof was upgraded from shingles to a rubber roof. The crew were very neat, all debris and trash were removed. Adrian is a pleasure to deal with, very personable, and he is not out to "sell" you more than you need. You will not be disappointed.

Adrian and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. What we had before was just a roof but now it is something that looks fantastic and draws your attention. We had mold growing on the plywood and rafters they replaced the plywood and rafters at a very reasonable cost. They installed a fan for ventilation and cut wider soffit holes to improve air-flow. The guys did a great job of cleaning up. There is no leftover debris in the yard and I noticed that they went over the lawn and flower beds many times with the magnet to pick up the nails. Hello! This is second time I used Ferreira Company to strip and install a new roof. The first job was on a tall six-unit apartment building in New Bedford and they did a terrific job. I again hired them to install new roof on my single family home and they did a great job. I got many estimates and none were as detailed as to what the job consisted of as Ferreira's estimate. Ferreira's description consisted of roofing and materials, colors and quality of materials, chimney sealing, gutter pitching, stack pipe relocation, skylight replacement, roof and sofet venting, board replacement, removal of old roofing & materials and clean-up. Highly recommend Ferreira Co! Adrian and his crew were excellent. The workers were very professional, kept our property clean and organized, and kept us informed of the progress every day. They went above and beyond, including some extra work (without extra cost from the original quote provided) to do the job right. Our neighbor even commented on how great of a job they were doing from what he saw on his side of the fence. Although some other quotes were initially "cheaper" on paper, none were as comprehensive and detailed as what Adrian provided. In addition, no one else was willing to say there would be no extra costs at the end. Our final price never changed with Ferreira; the quote was all-inclusive. When I asked him about the pricing difference, he informed me part of the job (a section rubber roof on garage) would require a little extra work to do right, along with other details and repairs he included on the roof for the house. In comparison, none of the other quotes included this work and all had potential extra costs included. I am convinced if we went with another contractor, we would not have received the quality and attention to detail we got with Ferreira Co. It was worth every penny and the cost difference was insignificant at the end of the day. He also worked with us on the payment and quoting process because of our 203k rehab loan requirements. Not an easy process but he worked with us and the bank in a very timely manner to get everything submitted. If you need a roof done, Ferreira is absolutely worth the call.

Adrian and his crew just completely redid our whole roof, including skylights, new plywood and trims. Dealing with Adrian was like dealing with a family friend. I found Ferreira Company on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), while researching roofing companies to replace my mother's roof. Adrian, the owner, is professional- he promptly responded to my messages as I was the contact for the job (email, text, voicemail), the time frame given for the roof/gutter replacement was accurate and no debris were left behind on the property. He is fully licensed and insured (Certainteed shingles is what I chose). I did not have any issues nor delays when I requested insurance and Certainteed certification information as well as references from recent roof replacement customers. Best of all, he provides a competitive price!!! There was a minor mix up regarding materials on my mother's property for another project of hers- mainly because of workers language barrier, which was promptly resolved without incident when I contacted Adrian. Customer service is very important to me, and my expectations were met. Definitely had a great experience doing business with Ferreira Company and would recommend them to anyone. The first thing I said to myself was I'm in big trouble because I knew there was no way that anyone would come out that day. Well I was wrong. Within 15 minutes of the call I made to Ferreira company I heard the voice of the man who would turn out to be the best contractor I've ever dealt with. Adrian Ferreira came out to my home a few hours later. He evaluated 99% of the situation before ever climbing up on the roof. By the time he got off the roof I realized that this was the contractor I wanted to do my job. He said he was extremely busy but he would secure my roof so that it wouldn't leak for the rest of the winter until he could get here to do the job. In March 2016 Adrian showed up with his men to begin the work as promised. Luckily I was there to see the entire project done from start to finish and was truly amazed how Adrian and his men work together. They were professional, courteous, respectful to myself and to each other and above all they got the job done. After each day of work they left my yard spotless, nothing was left on the ground. One day in particular it began raining heavily towards the end of the day and they did not leave until every piece of debris was picked up off the ground. I knew then that if they cared that much about clean up the job was being done right. In the end Ferreira Co. did a fantastic job on my home and Adrian was a true gentleman throughout the entire process. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of a new roof. Ferreira company made a bad situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you Adrian you're a class act.

I started doing my research from June 2015 for roof replacement and called at least six roofers to get some budget friendly estimates. After meeting with Adrian I realized that budget friendly estimates can save you few bucks now but you will end up losing hundreds if the job is not right. Adrian gave me the price that was very similar to the other roofers but the value and quality that he mentioned in his estimate is two hundred percent more then other roofers. My roofing project was completed 8/18/2014. I am 100% satisfied with the work of the Ferreira Roofing Company. Adrian Ferreira is extremely knowledgeable and his crew worked extra hard to complete my project in such a timely fashion. They were respectful of my house and property and went above and beyond with a thorough cleaning at the end of each day. In addition, Adrian was able to detect other areas of concern that needed to be addressed so the integrity of the new roof would not be compromised. Some concerns included soffits that were not venting, and an exhaust fan vent that was not installed properly. These concerns were not brought to my attention by other contractors. He was also very flexible and able to accommodate some additional requests as well. Providing such a phenomenal service at a competitive price!! This is the second time I used Adrian Ferreira and his crew. In 2005 Adrian had worked on my mothers roof through another company. Nine years later, when it was time for my house that needed care, I was relieved to see that Adrian had branched off on his own; still delivering the same quality of work. Adrian and his team installed Soffit and ridge ventilation on my home. I honestly cannot speak to the competitiveness of the pricing as I selected them because Ferreira Company is a highly-rated local company. I was extremely happy with the work done on my home. I didn't think I could have soffit vents on my home do to the lack of a hole into the attic. Adrian's team cut that hole and now my attic can breathe. The guys working the job saw I was interested in the work as they were doing it and I wanted to see the condition of the wet wood. At this point Adrian's guy kept showing me all the things they noticed as they were conducting the job. I am happy with the work as well as the condition of the home when they left. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews good or bad but I have to spread the word about Ferreira Company. If it wasn’t for other people writing reviews, I wouldn’t have found this company as easily. Ferreira Company is a great company to work with on home improvements. Adrian and his crew did a great job. They went above and beyond me and my husband’s expectations. My husband and I first met with Adrian to discuss an estimate for the roof and gutters. Adrian was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions from listening to our thoughts and concerns and what we wanted to accomplish. Also, we had mention that we were thinking of putting vinyl siding. I didn’t know they were able to do this and it was an added bonus. We ended up getting a chimney cap, new roof, new gutters, and shingle vinyl siding. Adrian quoted us a reasonable price for this big project. He met with us a few times and is always available and responds to your text right away. My husband and I felt really comfortable with working with him. When it came time to implement the project, Adrian would make sure we were happy with everything and sent pictures from the roof of how things were progressing. Adrian’s crew would show up early in the morning and stay through dark time to clean up any debris from the construction that day. Adrian coordinated a quick turnaround time for our home to be done for Thanksgiving. Plus, he collaborated with other contractors we were working with on other projects. I would highly recommend Ferreira Construction for the job! I want to say a special thank you to Adrian and his crew for making it a seamless process and enjoyable experience.
