I asked Justin if he could come over and take a look at my project. He and Joe were there within a couple days, walking and talking through different possibilities for finishing our basement. This was the first time I noticed how well both of them LISTENED, then provided really useful input and cool ideas before executing a quick timeline (6 weeks!), strong through to the finish. We went with a half-family room, half-gym concept with a painted, open-joist ceiling for maximum overhead space. By the time Joe and Justin were done, we had angled walls to maximize finished area and livability, a custom under-stair cave for the kids, combination life proof and rubber flooring complete with transitions, plenty of useful space remaining for an unfinished man cave and two recessed TV panels complete with media patch panels! Justin and Junior even helped my wife and I pick out paint colors! Oh, and dimmers on all the new lighting broken out into three distinct areas!! We’re absolutely thrilled with the finished space and really pleased with the level of skill and quality American Pride brought to the table. Have I mentioned good communication? If you’re thinking about a project, recommend having the guys come talk it out. You’ll be impressed!

I was immediately impressed with Joe and Justin upon meeting them. I hired them to put in attic stairs. They quoted me a price and we discussed a time frame. True to their word they completed the job as stated. I was extremely satisfied with their work and their clean up after the job was great. I am aiming to hire them again . I have again hired Justin and Joe, this time to install a sliding patio door, insulate and hang sheet rock in the room of the door. We contacted Justin last year for a renovation of our homes first level. It included a wash room, pub/living area and an office and bedroom. The task was daunting in that the floors and carpeting needed to be replaced along with closet doors, a vanity, and toilet etc. Before the project started Justin assured us that he was "on it" and after seeing the quote we realized he definitely cared about our budget and had worked within it. Not only was the work professionally done but there were no corners cut regarding craftsmanship and it was done within a very fair amount of time. We were so impressed with Justin and his crew that we are using American Pride this year to take care of additional projects regarding this property. If there were more than five stars for this review Justin and his gang would have them all.

We contacted Justin about a month ago looking for a quote on our roof. He was very timely and got us the quote. When we called looking to set it up, Justin was on top of it and came out within 3 days! His team was very professional and had the old roof off in an hour! From there, they continued to impress us. Justin kept us well informed as we were both at work, found a few areas that needed attention and gave us a quote for the work They were extremely clean and left no debris behind. If you are looking for a quality driven, professional contractor, look no further. I hired Justin and Joe for a major renovation that could have been VERY painful due to the number of structural problems encountered and a very difficult building inspector. Add to this the fact that I live in Tennessee and that this renovation was time critical, since I was moving my mother from Texas to Massachusetts into this renovated apartment. We had a finite timeline and American Pride beat it! Justin and Joe are the best communicating contractors I have ever worked with. I knew about any issues immediately, with supporting pictures and videos. I was also provided pictures when the structural issues were repaired. This level of communication IS NOT normal in my experience and I believe it avoided any surprises during the project. I have completed renovations in 5 states with 7 different contractors and American Pride’s professionalism and dedication to quality are a cut above. Needless to say, my project was completed on time and on budget. I will definitely use American Pride again when I have another renovation project and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality driven contractor at a fair price.
