I just had my whole system replaced heating and ac by American home heating&ac i got to say these guys performed an excellent job cleaned up after themselves the whole job came out perfect Bobby is a wonderful person i had a little problem the next day after installation i called and with in 10 minutes he was calling me back and asking me what was wrong he came out with in 2 hours and got my system back up and running luckily it was just a fuse any way i am very happy with this company i would recommend them to anyone i got say his workers are the bomb as especially Jay and Tommy as well as both Louies the whole job was done in about 6 hours take the old system out and put a new one in just amazing what blows me away is the warranty that Bobby gives 10 years all parts and labor i don't think you're going to find that anywhere thanks a bunch Bobby and your whole crew they performed an excellent job in and out.

When things go wrong you truly learn the character of a company. My retrofitted AC system install didn't go smoothly. However, the company stepped up to the plate and made everything good. I would highly recommend American Home AC, because even though they had already been paid, they made sure the system worked properly to my satisfaction.

Bobby(owner) came out to assess my old ac unit. He quickly told me my 2 options:short term fix and long term. We opted for a long term solution and have a new system put it. The turn around time to get the material and it scheduled was in a very reasonable time frame. His guys Jay and Scott came in and did the install. Very professional, do great work and clean up after themselves! I highly recommend Bobby and his team!!

We had central air installed in a colonial with no previous system in place. American did a fantastic job routing ducting to all rooms in the house with a single system in the attic. All the crew were friendly, courteous and had a high degree of professionalism. American was competitive in price and the only company of the 5 we interviewed that offered a 10 year warranty on labor. All phone calls and emails with questions were promptly returned.

The owner Bobby put in a faulty limit switch and charged me almost $300 for 15 minutes of work. I had to get the switch replaced by T Gomes HVAC a few months later who said it was definitely not the right part and was most likely one he just grabbed from anywhere. T Gomes only charged me $95 plus $50 for the correct limit switch, which they ordered and explained everything they were doing the entire time. I would highly recommend using them instead of wasting your money.

Bob and the staff at American Home did an awesome job with not only installing my central air, but also maintaining it over the past 5 years. I have two large dogs and my filter seems to get clogged often, but Bobby calls back quickly to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

Bobby Paliotta- the owner- has been my 'go to' guy/company for all my AC and heating needs over the last dozen years or so. He, and his employees, have always been courteous, honest and over-the-top kind and helpful. They have installed numerous units at both my business and home and explain what is needed and why in clear, logical detail. Recently, I had an emergency at my rental unit and he responded quickly and, in the height of the season, managed to squeeze me in on a weekend. They also offered me free financing which made the upgrades possible. Today, Bobby helped me get my ductless unit back in tip top shape and taught me how I can do it myself in the future. This is the way all businesses should be run!
